Phenomenal Customer Service, Great Adjustable Features For The PriceWhen’s the last time you experienced phenomenal customer service? For me it’s been ages, I completely forgot what proper customer service is like until I contacted Hbada. I bought this chair 3 months ago for my husband’s birthday and unfortunately the head rest attachment broke. Hbada’s team quickly responded to my issue with sincere concern and immediately sent a replacement part. The process was smooth and easy and I truly felt that they care for their customers. While this chair is not a Herman Miller, I think for the price, you’re getting a lot of great features and great customer support too. The adjustable seat, arms, headrest, and pull out foot rest provide a lot of options to your needs. My husband easily finds comfort in this chairs for hours at a time. We personally addeda seat cushion on top for extra sciatic support (a suggestion if you may need it), but I think those looking for an array of adjustments without totally breaking the bank, this is the choice for you!

Comfortable time in the office! The daughter and her husband finally moved out. YAY! So, we added more office space to our home. I finally got my ‘man cave’. We needed another office chair and I found this one from HBADA.After reading about all the features and benefits, looking at all the pictures and checking the price and specifications, I compared it to others like it and decided that this would be my best choice. I was right. We needed a chair that would easily adapt to either my wife’s 5’3″ frame or my 6’6″ frame. It does it very well and with great comfort. The extra wide seat is VERY well padded and comfortable. It’s width places the arm rests at the optimum position for comfort. The mesh back with built in, automatic self adjusting lumbar support is amazing. I have a really bad back and find that I can sit comfortably for hours. The cervical spine support is easy to adjust for short or tall people and it tilts for the best support angle. The arm rests adjust vertically with a push of a button and sliding up or down for the best arm position for either a keyboard or doing other work at your desk or work bench. The five casters roll and swivel very well and are capped for safety.Assembly was very simple, straight forward and with no problems. I will note here that, there is one bag labeled ‘extra screws for arm rests’. These screws are the correct ones for the tall mounting points on the seat, where the arm rests are attached. The screws that are supposed to go there, according to the instructions, are too short. The chair came with plenty of extra screws and washers. But, unless you lose one, you won’t need them. The chair is very well designed and the construction and materials are top notch. It looks as good as it feels. This chair went in our office. She spends more time in there than I do. And, she is very happy with this chair. I like it, too. Good purchase. Five stars.

Nice chair, not much seat paddingI purchased this chair and overall it’s a nice chair. Seat padding isn’t much. Could do better on the padding in the seat. Wobbles a bit on the side. It will be a good chair, but doubtful it will be kept for long.

Broke in less than 30 daysThe ergonomic part of the chair broke right after the return window closed leaving me without an option. Not very happy with the chair.

Good Support & PriceInstructions were pretty good, struggled with compressor, company resent chair. In my office for two weeks. I am working long hours right now, so the chair bottom, is not quite enough for me. However, when I am back to normal hours, I think my sit/stand desk will ensure comfort.

Kind of a let down…The instructions were not simple but that may be due to all of the screws and washers being mixed together because the package holding them was not sealed and, therefore, all of them were in a pile by the time it was shipped. The seat cushion is NOT SOFT AT ALL and is not rounded in the front to properly support circulation in your legs…it’s just a two or three inch cushion on top of plastic or metal. The first time I sat down I sank straight to the hard surface under the cushion. The instructions did not match the product. The instructions barely explained how to use the chair and the explanations never matched how the levers or buttons actually work.I won’t order this chair again but I also won’t ask to return it because returning large items you buy on amazon is always a nightmare…

Great chair for designers/animators/cintiq goblinsThis thing is amazing! I work from home and I work in animation, so I spend a lot of time hunched over a cintiq, and up until a week ago, I did it in a wooden bank chair. I kept putting off buying a good chair because of how expensive they can be, but I saw this one and it had a lot of good reviews and the price was reasonable, so I went for it. So glad I did. It’s crazy comfortable. And super adjustable. I love that I can move the arm rests up so I can slide really close to my desk and up to my cintiq. This way, I still have back support and dont have to hunch forward over my cintiq because my arm rests are butting up against my desk. It’s way nicer than any of the fancy, expensive chairs I’ve had in any animation studio I’ve worked at. The mesh seat is really nice too, especially in the heat of L.A. summers. I feel like padded seats always hurt after a bit but the mesh is comfy all day. I really love this thing. The instructions were a bit unclear, but the chair went together easily enough. The customer support was also good, as the chair came missing the plastic covers that hide the metal plates where the arm rests meet the chair, but I emailed support and they sent me a replacement set.Overall, super pleased with this

Nice chair but the seat isnt comfortableBased on previous reviews Hbada improved the assembly instructions greatly. There are photos and step by step written instructions, so putting together the chair was easy. The chair is very sturdy and I really like the lumbar, armrest and the headrest adjustability. My only complaint is the seat, it is not padded and sort of digs into the back of your thighs after about 20 minutes. Because of this I’m debating about returning the chair. I spent months researching this chair and thought I picked the perfect one. The price point was good and it had most of the features I was looking for; lumbar support, adjustable armrests that flip up so you can push the chair under desk out of the way; also, the back tilt is so comfortable and seat adjusts forward and back for leg length. I just wish the entire seat was padded not just the 20% in the front where your legs barely touch. I’ve tried a seat cushion but it does not completely cover the chair and doesn’t stay in place. Hbada when you retool this chair, please make the seat better!

Top quality chair!!!!Incredible chair! High quality support. Best I’ve ever say it. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Great value for the money. Mesh backing allows for air to flow keeping you cool and dry. Very impressive craftsmanship in design.

By Far, My Best Chair Yet!I’ve had a number of less expensive HOME OFFICE chairs over the last 20 years. I’ve decided they’re not a good value, because they didn’t last long. I decided to spend another 30-40 bucks for greater value from greater comfort, features, and longevity.I’ve just finished assembling the Hbada Ergonomic Office Chair. Of course I cannot yet describe it’s longevity. However, I can report it’s obviously heavy-weight components, greater quality, and added desirable features have already met or exceeded my expectations.FOR MYSELF, a key (and unique?) feature that led me to this chair–the seats in the less expensive chairs have seats too short from back rest to knee (and soon result in fatigue); however, this chair has a lever to allow the seat to slide out, lengthening it!Nearly as important, another key feature: the armrests are adjustable for length and height with the press of a button. BTW, the armrests are covered in soft leather, an added plus indicating quality.Should I discover any disadvantages or problems, I’ll update this review.
