Sturdy and looks really niceThey are not seats to relax but to sit down to drink coffee or eat if they are very good. A lot of common sense and patience to assemble them. In my case it took a long time but it was worth it.

Too much assembly.I hope they hold up. Not a product I would purchase again because I do not like the structural parts and one of the chair legs was too long.

Comfortable, assembly is time consuming. Not the most attractive set of chairs, but they’re fairly comfortable and extremely sturdy and durable. The real wood frame makes these a little heavy, but the upside to that is that they’re really stable and well balanced. The upholstery is lightly cushioned and soft to the touch, with great wear resistance. Color is ideal for those who expect their chairs to be subjected to messy scenarios since they never look dirty.Assembly is pretty involved however, especially by today’s standards. It took me over an hour per chair. Lots of steps, parts, and pieces. Instructions are thorough, but there were definitely some areas where I thought they could have been a little more descriptive.Ultimately they’re really comfortable for daily use, and great for high traffic environments since they don’t show wear and tear as much as other chairs. Price seems appropriate for the quality you get.

putting these together nowAll I hear is a bunch of cursing over there where the master put-together man is working. So far, the pieces look nice. I like the wood and the seat and seatback is very nice looking. The diamond stitch makes the chairs look very expensive. The nice wood does too. I will be dipped if I can find what kind of wood it is. Kind of looks like it is an engineered wood. After he finished the first chair, I sat in and it was comfortable. I think this is the best of all the dinner chairs I have.
