Lasted JUST 6 months..Bought this product February 8th, 2022. Was easy to assemble, comfortable, and although the beck rest never fully locked I still enjoyed the chair and decided to keep it. well fast forward today, August 11th, 2022 it broke. I am 6’5 245 and I enjoy leaning beck in the chair, but I guess this chair isn’t made for leaning back in. It’s no unusable and I will have to unfortunately throw it away. My previous chair lasted me 7 years so it’s unfortunate this couldn’t even get me through an entire year. I will be on the market looking for something new. If you buy this chair, PLEASE don’t lean back.UPDATE 8/22/2022The seller reached out to me and they actually offered to refund me the money I spent on the chai and expressed their apologies. I greatly appreciate the seller for having done this and am changing my star review because of it. The seller clearly cares about their product and wants to ensure satisfactory service. Wish the chair lasted longer as it was extremely comfortable but maybe in the near future I will buy from them again!

I should have known betterFirstly, the chair arrived well in advance of the schedule, kudos to Amazon for the great shipping!I took a chance on this chair and should have passed. The base does not have any tilt adjustment, which I knew that going in, but I did not expect that the backrest would be in a relaxed-reclined position; even in its most-upright of its adjustable positions.I sit in an upright posture when working at my computer desk and my lower shoulder blades are at least 3″ away from touching the chair backrest, while the lumbar support just lightly rests against my lower back.As for the headrest, that does not even touch my head unless I deliberately sit back (no longer seated upright, but with the chair still in its most-upright position) and, even so, I have to tilt my head back and slightly-arch my back to contact with it. It is a very unnatural posture.Note that I am 6-feet tall and 195 lbs. and I do not have any spinal curvature problems, nor do I hunch forward at my desk. This chair is simply not suited for my upright seated posture. I suspect that people accustomed to sitting at their desks in a somewhat reclined position will find this acceptable, but I do not.It you are similar to me, then I would recommend selecting another chair with more backrest adjustability. The chair I am attempting to replace (12+ year old Izzy Designs Performa 2) has base and backrest tilt adjustments, which is what I will now search for (although most of those come at a premium price). I recall paying aver $500 for the Izzy chair back then, so maybe I will end up looking into higher price chairs to find the adjustments I need.To be clear, I am not criticizing this chair for lacking the adjustments, only denoting that it does not suit my frame and posture as it is designed.Also, this chair has a slight defect in the mesh of the backrest. While unpacking the box, I discovered that one thread-weave in the upper-left corner was cut (I had not used any knife anywhere near that area either), and the plastic wrap did not have any holes in that location. So it points to this cut occurring at the factory. Rather than send it back just for that, I wanted to assemble it for a fit check anyway; and I am glad that I did.

Exactly what I was looking for!!I recently started a new job working from home. I was looking for a chair for my office. It needed to be very comfortable since I would be sitting in it about 8-10 hours a day. I already have a bad back and my old chair was just not cutting it. So, after fully doing my research I found this chair to be one of the best ones out there for the price. I didn’t want to go too cheap, but I couldn’t afford to spend too much. However, taking a chance on this chair is the best thing I could’ve done!! Talk about super easy to assemble. It is so comfortable and I don’t even notice how long I have been sitting. By the end of the day my back isn’t sore anymore. It’s so comfortable that my daughter is wanting to take mine! So, I will be purchasing one for her as well!! The only extra thing I did do was invest in a cushion for it as I needed a bit more cushioning for the seat. So, go for it!! You won’t regret it!!

OwGreat office chair. I work from home, so I needed something supportive.Assembly was not very easy and I dropped it on my foot while trying to put it together. Don’t do that. It really hurt.I’m also not sure how to lock the back in place. If I lean back it’s like I’m in napping position. Not great because I fall asleep in my chair at work.

Less than a year later & I’m over itI’m 6’3 and this chair has 0 back support. I’m in shape and don’t have any back issues but this chair has no support so my back ends up hurting at the end of the day. The head rest is absolutely useless. Arm rests aren’t good. Their positions are awkward. If you’re tall, look elsewhere. I wish I could return it

Good Chair, Needs Better Armrest DesignThis is a pretty good chair. I only had one issue with it and that is the armrests. Whoever designed this chair must not have been someone who uses their armrests or leaned back a lot. When I sit in an office chair I tend to lean back all the way and lean on the armrests to keep from sitting in one position for a long time. The problem with this chair is though that when you lean back the armrests stay in their original position and are to far away to be used. So I ended up switching the armrests to the opposite sides so they would be angled backwards that way I can use them when I’m fully leaned back.

Great chair for the “Work from Home”!!I was looking for a chair to replace the broken one in my “work from home” office. I need a comfortable and sturdy one like I have in the office, but don’t want to spend too much $$.Surprisingly, the chair arrives in 3 days. The installation is very easy, the instruction is clear, it even comes with a pair of gloves and a hex key, saving me a lot of headache. It take less than 30 minutes to finish the installation.The seat padding is comfortable providing enough support, the lumbar support is adjustable. I feel I can sit on this chair way longer than on the one I am replacing.The chair is stable and the components are sturdy, it should last for a long time for sure.Overall, the chair is well made and comfortable. I am definitely satisfied with the purchase.

Pump is now deflating constantly, but customer support is very helpful rn! Way more important!Sitting on it will now slowly make me sink down. Not even a year old. EDIT- customer service is extremely helpful. Definitely reach out if you’re having trouble. Before my pump error, I love my chair. Still do, looking forward to the pump replacement!

Good quality and comfortableThe chair arrived quickly and undamaged with each piece individually wrapped. A pair of white gloves was also included which I thought that was a nice protection! Extremely comfortable because of the thick seat cushion and adjustable back with head and arm rest. I was able to use this chair with one of my desks that had a narrow opening. I really like the meshed back. Because of this, I was a lot cooler compared to sitting in a chair with a solid back and/or couch on a very hot day. Assembly was very easy. I’ve been using this chair for about two weeks now and I must say it is very comfortable and provides good support. The seat height adjusts smoothly, and wheels are very smooth as well.Very satisfied with this chair and would recommend purchase.
