Awesome chairs!!!Absolutely love these chairs. I ordered two and being thisbwas the third set of chairs I ordered through amazon and had to return for quality reasons, I was sceptical at first ordering again online. But these did not disappoint. Came pretty much all ready, no assembly other than screwing in the legs. Only issue was that it gnaws delivered by freight. I had to set up a delivery appointment and had to be home to accept it. But then again, could be the reason chairs came in great shape…was not tossed around during shipping and then delivered left out on the driveway. Color is a rich dark charcoal and the material is too quality. Not meant to be a lounge around chair with a back so high and straight, but for a more formal setting and seating. The size is substantial…I couldn’t be happier.

No customer service supportIt’s a beautiful chair, but pay close attention to the legs. It screws on easily, but the screws in them may be crooked. There is no customer service number and Amazon could not assist me in reaching someone for help. Now I’m stuck with one chair with a crooked leg ( I bought two). $475 wasted! Nice chairs at a nice priceVery sturdy construction and arrived well-packaged in perfect condition. Very little assembly required (only the legs). Comparison shopped and received best price from Amazon. The back pillow is extra when compared to other stores. Cushion attachment keeps cushion from sliding. Such a nice touch to add elegance to any room. I purchased 2.
