Exactly what I wanted!I am so happy with this purchase and it is better than I expected. Every winter, I end up sitting on the floor, or the staircase leading upstairs near the door to put on, or to take off, my boots. This bench was the perfect solution to prevent me from getting snow and salt on my hardwood floor. On my own, it took under an hour to put together (probably less, but I had several distractions). Very sturdy construction. The bench, even with tufted cushion, is hard, but my purpose is to have a place for people to sit when they come in from the snow. This is temporary seating, not intended to be extra seating. I love the storage for my gloves, hats and scarfs. I purchased the turquoise color, and it is true to the image.

Love it!I assembled it by myself in about 20 minutes. It only took me that long because I was having trouble holding everything up by myself so I had to use my couch, it’s really easy to assemble though. If I can do it anyone can.It’s also very gorgeous and ties in so well with my room. I keep extra sheets and duvet covers inside, it is functional and cute. Definitely can seat two people comfortably. Highly recommend.

I’m actually obsessedI had this bench on my shopping list for months until it went on sale. I picked out the ‘velvet’ gray because it matched my bed frame perfectly – and I wasn’t disappointed. It was easy to assemble; I’m a not-very-handy chick and I was able to put it together pretty easily with the Allen wrench provided. I carried it upstairs solo and filled it with sheets and flat blankets, and while it fit more than I expected, it still doesn’t fit A TON. Still with the purchase though, especially for $120. It’s gorgeous. And I can sit on it to put my shoes on in the morning!

Buyer Beware! Poorly Made Product – Pieces Do Not Align Properly (off by a full inch)!Main complaint is that the holes that are drilled in the main bench piece and the corresponding arms cause the bottom part of the upholstered pieces to not align correctly. It is off by a full inch, which looks terrible, and not at all as pictured! Unfortunately, everything is pre-drilled, so there is absolutely no ability to make any appropriate adjustments. At this price point, I expect more! Other than that, the bench is just fine, and we would have been perfectly happy with it, absent the misalignment issue. It was fairly easy to assemble, is comfortable and sturdy enough and serves the purpose for which we purchased it (end of bed bench). As others have mentioned, the storage space is fairly shallow, but just fine for our purposes. Would not have purchased this bench if we knew how bad it would look when fully assembled. Would love to post photos, but not given that option…

Storage space not deep enough.True to color and height shown online. Inside storage is lacking, you can fit about 3 pairs of shoes in them like tenor shoes, but ladies booties will need to be laid on their side if there is any heel on them, and that takes up more space. If the storage was a bit deeper it would be nice but there are other benches out there that have more space. I would not purchase this particular bench again.

Affordable and chic!I spent alot of time researching and reading reviews on many storage benches. I wanted something that would work well at the end of my bed. This gray velvet storage bench was perfect! It fit perfectly at the end of the bend and has a small storage compartment that fits some sheets, etc. I love how it looks very high quality but didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Assembly was very straightforward. It’s very sturdy and actually very comfortable to sit on! I’d highly recommend this one if you are looking for simple yet classy with some practical storage.

More bang for the buck!This is a lovely little stool. I purchased this stool to add a small amount of overflow seating in our keeping room and chose teal to add a pop of color. I was able to assemble it in about 20 minutes or so with nothing extra other than a screwdriver. It wasn’t that bad! The tufting seems well done and should hold up to the amount of use it will see in our house. The storage inside is pretty small–it can hold 2 thicker throws or 3 or 4 smaller throws. It would hold board games, books, or it would be a good place to hide your laptops and other electronics. The little arms on the ends are sturdy and give it a more inviting look for sitting. It is much nicer than the price indicates. Definitely worth the purchase!

easy to assemble, sturdy, and attractiveAssembly is very simple. It come in three pieces….The the bench part and 2 end pieces (arm piece with legs already attached). Holes are already drilled. It comes with the 8 bolts, washers, locknuts, and an Allen wrench. You need nothing more to assemble. From porch to finished product, it only took about 20 minutes, for someone who is not mechanically inclined. Overall product quality appears better than average. Very sturdy and stable. Aesthetically pleasing. They had one of these at a resort where we stayed, and decided that I had to have one.
