Horrible, horrible customer serviceI have never had more horrible customer service on a product. Thanks for nothing to Susie, Support Team Manager. I was sent incorrect screws to attach the knobs to the doors. Replacements were sent, including new knobs, that didn’t fit at all due to the thickness of the cabinet doors (and the knobs that were sent were two different sizes!). Further communications were totally ignored so I had to go to the hardware store and purchase new knobs/screws at my cost.Additionally, while some of the instructions were clear parts of them were very unclear and even incorrect. Overall an awful experience that didn’t need to be so.

more care in packaging to avoid damageLoved the piece however, it came damaged and I wanted to exchange it rather than return but it is no longer available, so I find myself very disappointed and wondering what Amazon might suggest with regard to compensation, Thank you

Great quality not pure whiteWe bought this as a sideboard for our kitchen. Its the perfect size! It does require a good amount of assembly. Also it is not a pure white, it has almost a gray shade to it.

Cute Design but it needs better material.Cabinet has a very nice design. Unfortunately some pieces of Cabinet came chipped or cracked. I was hoping that once together it wouldn’t be noticeable but unfortunately and of course it is chipped in visible places like the actual wine rack and top of Cabinet has a crack in the wood.
