Frames are cheapPurchased this bed for my 11 year old daughter, frames are broken and since we’ve had it going on 2 yrs now, no warranty is being honored. I was told to buy a newer model. Which makes no sense, not repurchasing with this company if the last bed was cheaply made.

Thin slatesBought for granddaughter and she loves it but some of the slates that hold the mattress broke right after assembly. reinforced then with some two by twos and everything is fine now.

Good product over allThe product looks good but arrived with a hit in the USB port. I did send it back ‘cause I needed it. But I was kind of sad that it was broken

Used for two weeksThe second night we slept on it, we heard a bug crunch sound and it squeaked every time we shifted. I bought reinforcement brackets for the middle bar. That lasted about a week. Now, I have to package it somehow and return it to get a refund. Which is a bummer, because I really like the actual headboard.

easy to build but..It is easy to build but the light is a little low and my phone takes away to long to charge.. also the light sometimes flickers if u are charging your phone while turning on the light

beautiful but not sturdyThe rails on the side do not want to stay together. No adult needs to sit on it, it is great for a light weight kid. the light and the charging port work perfectly, which was a huge selling point in my opinion. My daughter loves it. But its dishearting to know that i cant even sit on her bed with her because I’m scared to hit the floor with it.

Good for toddlers!Bought for my son, it’s a great product but he is five and looks like he is growing out of it already sadly. More meant for toddlers!

Just a few issuesThe lights were not connected. My husband had to go through the back of the bed and connect all the wires. The metal casing, with the on/off switch and USB port on the side was broken also. Other than that it was easy to install and my daughter was happy.

Not sturdy + USB charging stopped working within a few monthsPro: looks nice and clean, comparable to high end look. Just the looks though.Con: not as sturdy as I thought and the USB charging outlet stopped working within a couple of months.The bed frame collapsed on us one time already, and my wife and I weren’t even trying to make babies at the time. We are within our weight range (on the lower end actually), and the frame spontaneously collapsed in the middle support as we were lying down. We had to take the mattress down, look for the little wrenches it came with just to tighten the screws. Never expected this to happen. Beware!Now when we are making babies, it squeaks too much, no matter how often I tighten the screws.I gave it 2 stars because initially it looked awesome and was functional, but we are looking for a new bed frame now given the history of collapsing. Maybe this might work for a guest bedroom that won’t be used often.
