The unit not only provides soothing heat, but it also delivers a stress-relieving massage—no appointment necessary. The chair offers a full swivel, and its matching stationary ottoman allows for elevating hardworking feet for ultimate comfort. With its small round footprint, the chair takes up minimal space, making it a great choice for a living room, bedroom, meditation room, or office.
Nice chairCan be challenging to put together. It’s not a bad chair. Screw to hold it in place doesn’t work very well. Does look nice in my man cave. As far was the massage feature it is not great but does provide a mild vibration and heat. For the money you can’t find a comparable chair. Works for my needs.
Not that good for use as a desk chairNot a leather chair, but man-made material is nice enough and comfortable. No massager, only vibrates in degrees. Vibration is better than nothing and has different levels of intensities. Makes annoying noise as it vibrates, I guess you could get use to the noise or drown it out with music, programs or videos. Nope doesn’t drown noise, but rather distracts. Sits low, no adjusting making it rather an effort to get up from. Not all that good for desk chair. Has swivel, but no ‘roll’ capacity. Designer could have modified it to have rollers under the disk base. Heat feature is okay, but no adjustable setting, you get what you get. Timer is adjustable to 10, 20, 30 max minutes. Has pinpoint vibrations of different intensities or random vibrations of different intensities. Has automatic vibration feature, but appears the timer is automatic to only 18 minutes so if you want longer must reset. My chair won’t go pass 18 minutes on automatic. It has better padding at middle back than the more expensive Shiatsu chair I bought. Having the ottoman is nice for tired feet and legs, even if it had no vibration feature, plus good for those who have circulation issues. Bottomline, will keep, but was expecting more for the price, since the word ‘massage’ was in the description.

Excellent value and priceAfter opening, I verified all assembly items, the chair was assembled in 25 minutes. However, the Box had been damaged and an chair metal extremity was protruding but, not damaged. The stool rest (material) was creased by a loose packing support. Once completed I performed the sequence of the heat/vibration on the chair. One problem is the ottoman does not vibrate but not a big concern. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase.
Good price. Looks great. Fine comfortMore firm than I love but I knew that. Vibration is fine. Very good looking chair. Great value

Very happy with chair, easy to put together and fast shipping.I brought one about 8 years ago by another seller, a little cheaper but low-quality material. Broke in 5 years but got my moneys worth. I have terrible cramps in muscles from hips to feet every day and was hoping that the vibration and heater would help with the pain. I really like the chair. It only took me 30 minutes to put together by myself. Easy to understand directions. Got the dark brown and it looks better than the black one I use to have. Very expensive looking. Very plush with lots of foam and vibration goes from low to high and you can pick which areas of the body to work on. I checked the heater and it works but didn’t leave it on to see how hot as it is 100 degrees here and I haven’t turned on the AC yet.

Height problemThe chair is very comfortable, but is so low to the ground, senior citizen cannot get in and out of it. We need to build a wood platform to raise it.
