An Awesome large TV standI received this is just a few days after placing the order. The items were well packed and each piece had a secure spot in the foam packaging. No damage, no scratches and no missing parts. The stand assembled in just a few minutes. The company also has great YouTube support in case you prefer videos over a paper assembly manual. The all steel casters lock and roll easily. I ended up mounting a gifted Samsung 51″ Plasma set that will allow us to use this on our outdoor patio with the hot tub. This comes highly recommended!

Very stable TV standThis mobile stand is very sturdy. I use it at the foot of my bed and hide the cords under the bed. The shelf that comes with it is cheesy and not sturdy but the stand itself is very sturdy. I used the small shelf which works well for the Apple TV above the tv. It’s a nice setup. Assembling was a little pain but not terrible.

An extra hand is always helpful.I used this product to house my 82″ Samsung TV and sound bar with woofer below.

Great stand, one little issueThe stand is very stable and well made. I have a 65″ LG TV mounted to it and it works great. I would have given it 5 stars because of the excellent construction and stability, but knocked a star off because of what I believe to be a minor design flaw. My TV is 300 x 300mm, so the two vertical brackets that fasten to the TV were about the same width as the two vertical support tubes on the stand and would not clear them. The top of the vertical bracket hooks over the top edge of the stand’s horizontal mounting plate (this is how most TV mounts work). The bottom of the vertical bracket hangs underneath the horizontal plate and extends about 1/2″ behind it so that a locking bracket can be screwed on. This 1/2″ extension is what hit the vertical tubes and wouldn’t let the brackets swing back and hang flat. I therefore would not have been able to put on the little locking brackets to secure the TV to the stand. If the horizontal mounting plate was spaced away from the upright tubes about 1/2″, this would have worked.I thought about getting some spacers and longer bolts, but decided to use a vesa adapter plate to move the two vertical brackets further apart. In hindsight, I should have bought spacers and longer bolts because the adapter plate that I bought was a bit of a hassle. It took longer to get the adapter plate setup than to assemble the stand.

Quality construction, easy assembly.Great build quality with some nice touches. Responsive customer service.Pros: I have absolutely zero concerns with the sturdiness of this, holding up a ~50 pound TV. All the pre-threaded holes were clean and easy to hand-start threads. The holes in the uprights are fantastic for cable runs and the included plastic trim pieces completely prevent cable damage from a stray burr (and I had no such burrs). Very easy for 1-person assembly, though you’ll absolutely need a second person to mount the TV on the stand.Cons: Some of the included bolts are slightly shorter than I’d have expected. The bolts holding the TV mount plate only thread through perhaps 50% of the the pre-threaded depth in the plate itself. An extra 1/8″ bolt length would use the complete depth. That said, There are roughly three full threads holding in each of the 4 bolts, which I think is more than sufficient. Also included are a variety of bolts and spacers to mount brackets to a TV, but they were all far too short to handle my TV, which I understand is an outlier (Samsung 65″ curved). Exceptionally large plugs may have some difficulty getting down the uprights, past the height-locking hardware.

Solid product, however, not easy to hide the cables. There are a lot of TV stands on Amazon. I chose Kanto for no particular reason and I am glad I did. The product is study and well designed. It looks attractive. It took me about an hour to set up, and the only aspect I struggled with was attaching the table that would hold the cable box or DVD player (positioned underneath the TV in the picture). Fortunately, Kanto has a great website with online videos, so after watching that, it was a snap to finish the job. Having that video resource was very helpful and saved me a lot of frustration. The only knock on this product is that the power cords may not be able to run inside the posts. My didn’t at least, because the power cables were too short. I also found trying to thread longer cables through the posts to be a hassle. So if that is critical to your needs, look elsewhere. I ended up neatly tying the cables and attaching them to the posts, and while this works for me, it may not be preferred for everyone.

Great stand, but assembly instructions suckThis is a great stand, especially for one like myself who wasn’t sure where I wanted my new TV to live. HOWEVER the directions for assembling it were really lacking. Parts weren’t labeled, the drawings in the paper instruction pamphlet weren’t always decipherable, and the video, though very helpful, wasn’t careful to show which screw or part they were using for quite a few of the steps. It’s frustrating, because with clear, precise instructions, this stand would have been EASY to put together.

Pretty sure you can’t lift an engine with this, but it is pretty sturdy.I have the MTM82PL version for the larger screens. This thing is sturdy, It rolls well on my hardwood floors and the locking wheels do keep it in place. I have a 65 inch tv on it and have no doubt a much larger one could have been mounted as well. The height is pretty easy to adjust with 2 people or one if you are pretty strong. I have it set about 1/2 way up and this has the top of my tv at about 6 feet. I’m pretty sure I could get another foot by lifting all the way. The directions were easy enough to follow. tools were included to assemble. I did need my own phillips screwdriver so you will need one of those. The tubes are hollow and work well to hide cables. There are cutouts to allow cable routing.Cons. The legs stick out a bit in front of this. This is needed for center of gravity and stability. You’ll want something to keep this from being a trip hazzard. I put a small table in front.

It does the Job!This is for our Lions Den and the big TV we just got so we can show videos at meetings. It is perfect for what we got it for. A small shelf will accommodate the DVD player we have. It rolls smoothly and feels solid when moving. That is important when you have a 65″ glass hanging off of it. We don’t have and 88 inch TV but if we ever get one we will have the stand for it. Some might say an overkill. We saw it more as a safety thing for a bunch of elderly people moving it around. I would recommend it.

Excellent standIt was easy to assemble, although required 2 people at some stages. (Not surprisingly, since it supports large TVs). Easy to move around. Appears very sturdy. We found only 3 minor issues: 1) the printed directions have poor quality drawings, so there is quite a bit of guessing what they mean; 2) threading cables through the stands is a bit tricky and requires a string; the screw su3) the two metal pieces that are supposed to keep the TV in place do not fit very well and require brute force to screw in. Overall, pretty satisfied with these stands – that’s the 2nd one we purchased.
