Comfortable and easy assemblyThis chair was a very nice upgrade from my worn out regular office chair. I love the comfort and easy assembly of it. Not really sure what the other reviews are saying about hard assembly, maybe they are not sure how to use tools or instructions. The only hiccup I had with install is the arm rest screws are backing out over time, but I applied a small amount of blue thread locker to the threads and it took care of the issue.The customer service is absolutely the best. I had an issue with the wheels not rolling well with any weight in the chair. They responded very quickly and issued me a new set of wheels. Then they rolled very well!

Beautiful Chair and I’m Enjoying it but……This is a beautiful chair. Once we figured out how to use the spacers during assembly (there was no mention of them in the instructions), it went together fairly quickly. Lumber support is good, seat is wide enough for my fluffy little butt, however…if you are tall this will matter. The seat cushion has a short distance from front to back, meaning that I’m 5′ 4″ and sitting as far back in the chair as I can the cushion stops way short of my knees by a few inches…leaving me feeling slightly shorted for cushion support. I generally sit more forward while I’m gaming so it isn’t enough of an issue that I want to return the chair . Also the foot rest does not extend out very far and doesn’t even reach my calves, so depending on that to give leg support is going to be disappointing. I have been using an ottoman under my desk to sit with my legs up and thought I might be able to get ride of it with this chair, but not so. The ottoman will be staying.

It’s better than my old chair.Pros:1.) Decently comfortable(better than my old chair that cost around USD 70$)2.) Adjustable and reclinable3.) Arm Rests are decent4.) Footrest is decentCons:1.) The wheels have a hard time turning at times when moving in certain directions.2.) If you sit close to the front edge it does tip over.3.) Head pillow isn’t as comfy.4.) Manual instructions were a little confusing(they left some things out in performing steps), but better than nothing.Overall to me, it’s decent. Much better than the old chair I had and feel a bit more comfortable. The price though isn’t worth it

Fit For TallUnfortunately mine arrived with a punctured cushion because of how it’s packed at the factory. It’s on the bottom of the chair. So it won’t be seen. The chair fits really well. Better than your average chair. I’m 6’4″ longer legs but normal torso. So my head rests on the back comfortably. Seat doesn’t reach to the inside of my knees. But it is longer than your average chair. There’s more than enough width in the seat if you’re wider in the bottom. My legs don’t even touch the side bolsters. The arm height is perfect at it’s maximum height. But the swivel feature is annoying because they don’t lock. So the least little bump and they move. Very easy to assemble because the screws are already in place. You unscrew them and install the part and screw them back in. I used the video on Amazon for assembly instructions. The included written instructions are useless. All in all a very good chair for the price.

Great chair but not perfectI really like this chair, it is much better than my last one. I didn’t even know that these chairs came in different sizes! I got the small one. I am 5’ tall and I have never sat comfortably in an office/gaming chair. I like that the arm support is adjustable as well as the lumbar and neck support. They actually support me the way they are supposed to. I was hoping that my feet would touch the floor, but this was not to be. I love the pull out foot rest, it is a good replacement for my feet not reaching the floor. I can cross my legs because the chair is roomy. It’s a great chair! My cat and I have a daily fight about who gets the pretty pink chair now!

PRODUCT IS AS DESCRIBED IN EVERY WAYI love the feel of this KCream Game Chair as soon as I finished putting it together by myself and sat in it!The Amazon video is better than the booklet that comes with the chair and the video puts it together in a different order than the booklet. I used the booklet to make sure I had all the parts before starting and I used the booklet at first for the first page of instructions for removing all those screws from the seat and back plus putting on the wheels. I ALSO went back and forth on the Amazon video pausing etc. when I needed to and back and forth with the booklet till I had my chair together. I read many reviews before making my decision to purchase this chair and I am thankful for all those who took the time to write a review as I myself only do certain reviews. This is one of them.Great chair and so comfortable. I do not really need the head pillow as it does not hit my neck in the right spot since I am short so I will probably just put it at the small of my back under the back pillow. I wanted it as a good office chair since I am NOT a gamer. I am glad I purchased this chair and I recommend it to those who want a nice, comfortable and quality chair for whatever reason.

Comfort Yes !!Nice looking ,the comfort is there for sure, good back support, and seat. They even throw in a t-wrench to tighten the bolts, I thought it was easy to put together. We got the red and black. Love it !!

Great comfort and SupportChair has been fantastic. I like the support, since I use it for remote work as well as personal gaming time. The only thing that I would state not good about the chair the plastic star base. The gas powered lift has pushed through the opening in the middle of the star base and now drags on the floor, causing the seat to drag. I’m not a little guy, but I also don’t come near the max weight allowance. Everything else about this chair is great. The leg rest and recliner are fantastic, cushion has kept its shape. Does anyone know if I can buy a new base and lift, rather than buying a new chair all together?
