True medium firmOverall I am happy with my purchase. It came quickly, popped up just fine when I opened it, comfortable for what it is. Personally I’ll probably buy a pillow/foam topper for it. Medium firm is suggested to help with back and joint pain but I think I personally had more hip pain from sleeping on my side for part of the night. This product was in wonderful condition and as advertised. I just personally think I might need more fluff to cradle my joints. For sure buy if you are looking for something that will work and not break the budget.

So impressedWow. No more back pain. I hope more people who suffer with back pain would consider their mattress as the possible culprit. The service couldn’t be easier. It comes packaged compressed and rolled and wrapped to properly expand. Follow the instructions inside the box before unwrapping. There was a plastic cutter inside. I never used it, I just rolled it out and pulled the plastic off as to not cause damage. There’s a nice soft topper layer, which doesn’t interfere with the firmness. I have a memory foam topper but don’t need it with this mattress. It’s a very heavy package too. This is not some temporary mattress. This thing is built. Very pleased.

Great for back and hip painI have hip pain. My partner has back pain. We both sleep amazing on this mattress and wake up without hurting in the morning. The mattress I replaced with this one had me waking up feeling like my entire body had been beaten with steel bats then ran over by a truck. The relief after the first night on the new mattress was incredible. I waited to post my review for a full month and I still feel just as good when I wake up as I did after that first night.

Good for back painI was sleeping an ultra plush mattress before and even though it was comfortable, my back pain was so bad. I switched to this firm mattress and my back pain is a lot better. It inflated within a day but I gave it 3 days before laying on it just to be safe. Make sure you put it on your bed frame before it inflates. I underestimated how heavy it was. This mattress will take some time to get used to if you were sleeping on a plush one before but overall it’s a good mattress for the price

Delivered on time. Fully expanded to 11 inches immediately. Clean. Smells new. Feels comfortable. I will wait another 48 hours to see if it gets to 12 inches and I will sleep on it to fully judge the comfort. If my opinion changes I will revise my review. However for now, it seems like a great buy! No regrets. It’s heavy though, as expected.

not sure what to expect1st, the delivery. wow the mattress arrived so fast. 2nd, the box. the top of the box was open and the side was cut with a box cutter. Since it’s going to be at least 2 weeks before I will be removing the mattress from the box, I have no idea of what to expect and can’t post a review. Was the mattress sliced along with the box? I don’t know. But I will definitely say something if it is. In the meantime, I have to wait until the room is ready to be moved into. I will come back at that time to review the mattress and let you all know if the mattress was sliced and if so, what is being done about it and I’ll raise, lower or keep as is the star rating.
