LOVE THESE CRIBS!I have purchased a total of 15 of these cribs in two separate purchases months apart from each other for my child care center and I am about to purchase several more in the upcoming months. Babies ages 6 weeks to 12 months use these daily in my fairly large child care center. Although they were a bit of a hassle to put together, these have been wonderful cribs. I would not even consider purchasing a more expensive similar product. The ends are plexiglass and are easily cleaned daily with a window cleaning solution while the remainder of the crib has held up extremely well to using bleach/water daily. The mattresses are soft but solid enough to provide a stable and firm surface for young infants at risk for SIDS. I love having the larger casters rather than the smaller for moving purposes and during our monthly drills. The white color makes the room so bright and does not take away from the other open concept in the classroom. I would highly recommend these cribs to any in home, daycare or church based center for children.

Right for the moneyI received the crib in very good conditions. I am not going to say I am a pro putting things together. The hardware was not very well mark and the wrong nuts were sent. Since I needed to have this ready in a jiffy I went and bought the nuts. The shipment cane a day earlier.Besides the nuts issue this is the perfect crib.

Buyer Beware!!I purchased two of these cribs for our daycare center. Cosmetically these cribs are great, sturdy metal frames, heavy duty casters, and clear end panels to help keep an eye on babies at all times. Unfortunately the packaging of this product ruins any hope of receiving these cribs undamaged. I had to send the cribs back to Amazon because both crib bottoms were damaged during shipping. Of course, Amazon is amazing with returns, refunds, and exchanges, so the old cribs were picked up at our location and new ones were shipped out the same day. When the new cribs arrived, the same parts were damaged again. Getting a refund this time and buying from another company. This decision was made only after attempting to contact LA Baby directly. To possibly get new bottoms without having to return the entire crib. I tried every extension listed in their company directory, no one ever answers, straight to voicemail no matter what time of day you call. I did leave a message detailing the problem with my phone number have not received a return call. I also emailed two times, it’s been a week with no reply. At least Amazon made the returns a piece of cake!
