Nice chair, Terrible quality control & customer serviceI bought this chair for my husband, 6’2″ 220lbs, who has back issues. He has found it very comfortable & supportive. Unfortunately, the chair base came damaged. It doesn’t affect the function of the chair, but the inlay is cracked & peeling up so we would like to get the part replaced. It has been a nightmare to have anyone get in touch with us for a replacement part. Finally after multiple attempts to contact the “correct” people, no response back (they say to email), we waited on the phone and then the manufacturer couldn’t find the chair. They said our only option is to pack up the entire chair, send it back & reorder. We will be contacting Amazon to see if there are any other options. Nice chair, however, terrible customer service especially for the price point and lazyboy name.

I’m super skinny, and it supports my ass and back well.Being skinny, I have a boney ass. This product has good cushion for my bony rear end and my back, and looks great as well. Got it on sale and happy with purchase.

White is light gray and stitching/Welting looks cheapWe bought LA-Z-Boy and expected quality, we were very surprised opening the box to find a light grey chair when we ordered white (the doors in photo are white). We also we not impressed with the stitching/welting on the back of the chair, looks sloppy & cheap.

Great quality, good valueBeautiful support, elegant looking and the most comfortable desk chair we have ever had. We bought two for our house and a third for a gift to our daughter! Easy to assemble with two people- one person assembly may be challenging. Also, you do need to have some hand strength to tighten the bolts properly.

Lousy Customer Service, Poor WorkmanshipAs others have mentioned, the quality of workmanship is substandard, but the main reason I won’t purchase another La-Z-Boy product again is because of their unbelievably lousy customer service.My sister and I got this office chair as a Christmas gift for my dad, and the plastic shroud that fits under the seat had a broken piece. I emailed their customer service on 12/26/2020 and again on 1/15/2021 and didn’t get a response. So I called customer service on 1/22/2021 and spoke to Natalie, and she said she would send a replacement part. She sent me an email to provide information, and I replied to her that same day. On 2/4/2021, I followed up with Natalie and copied the True Innovations’ email address and got no response since.My dad also complained that it felt like the seat cushion was too low, like sitting on the frame. He had to use a separate seat cushion.

DisappointmentBuying a chair on-line is tricky since you cant sit in it to try out. I bought this one because usually La-Z-Boy is a quality brand so I figured its worth a shot. Quality seems fine but NO lower back support. In fact it pushes my upper back forward making me hunch over. Very uncomfortable. NOT useable for me 🙁
