Near perfect. But lacking in a couple areas.The instructions were clear and the included T-handle hex driver was a welcomed upgrade to the cheap L-shaped hex driver that is typical. The extra parts included were also a nice touch.Comfort level is great with ample cushion in the seat & back rest. As others have stated, lower lumbar support isn’t as great as chairs that are specifically design for that, but expected for the price point.The welds on the legs and arms looks sloppy and I’m worried they may fail if you are prone to “plopping” into your chairs. Though I suspect the faux leather will crack long before. Time will tell.Lastly, the tilt could use work. The tilt angle is sleight and it’s quite tough to actually lean back without bracing your feet on something, it may loosen in time. Furthermore, there is no tilt-lock feature, which I was disappointed about. It’s so ubiquitous on any office chair that I thought the omission in the description was accidental.Overall, a solid chair for the price point but next time I may have to shop around more (and end up paying more) for the features and quality that I was hoping for.

Beautiful but uncomfortableI purchased this chair based on looks and other good reviews. It is a beautiful chair. Looks great in my office. Fairly easy to put together. However, it is extremely uncomfortable and makes me slump forward and have poor posture. Not good if you gave poor posture. My back hurts so bad at the end of the day. But i will keep it for now because it is still new.

Great Purchase!I purchased this as an open box item and am so happy with it! It did have 1 tiny little tear (seen in last photo) but I dont mind because I saved a lot of money via purchasing open box.I am 5ft even and so the back of the chair is a perfect height for me. If you are a tall person, then you will likely benefit from purchasing a “Big & Tall” version of this chair that has a higher back to it. Unfortunately, the chair does not go low enough for my feet to rest comfortably on the ground. I purchased a little soft sided foot rest and it works great.I do feel like the chair could use some more lumbar support, but it is really great overall. I sit in it for 8+ hours on the days that I work and it definitely is comfortable the whole time. I wish I could have found open box in the cream leather, but no complaints here about my chair.

Very comfortableBought this chair for my husband, he said it’s very comfortable and leather is very soft. It easily glides on floor and worth the money. Only problem I had was the delay on receiving it due to shipping.

Lovely material, awkward buildThe material is exactly what I thought it would be and I love that! However, the arms are a bit too high which causes a shoulder hunch, my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest setting (I’m 5′ 2″) and it feels like the upper back rest pushes my shoulders forward too much causing strain on my neck and pushes me off the middle and lower portions of the back of the chair whether I am using the arm rests or not. I’m going to keep it for the time being to see if I get used to it, but if I can’t get used to it within a few weeks, it is going back.I can’t stand leather and leather-esc materials; for some reason, the cold, slickness of it makes my skin crawl. Most office chairs that aren’t garbage are leather so this microfiber one had me really hopeful…Good quality so far. Thick, supportive cushion, soft material. Sadly, the way it is measured out tanks its otherwise great comfortability.

Quality assurance is nonexistentThe only features I was looking for in this chair were wide dimensions and plush, large padding. On paper the Sutherland has both. Once I got the chair assembled I found it to be very, very crooked. I tried to loosen all the bolts to get a better fit but the tolerances are already so tight it was a non starter. Further more, the entire seat is shifted to the left and the base of the right arm juts out of the seat. I wont look past defects and had to return the product. From what I can tell, many purchasers have similar issues right out the box. If you want this chair my honest opinion is you are gambling 50/50 to get one without issues.

Chair came with missing arms. Seller came through!The chair was sent with missing arms. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive in solving this issue. The arms were sent within a week of me notifying them. 5 star service. The chair itself is very comfortable. Definitely an upgrade from my old one. The material is pet approved! I have 3 dogs and the leather holds up to them wanting to climb up and sit on it.

CrookedI want to love this chair. However, it is crooked. We have tried adjusting screws with no success or change. There is a gap where the seat meets the back. I should have read the other reviews that mentioned this. Not worth the higher cost. Still debating if we want to return it.

Very ComfyThis chair is more comfy than expected, the height of the seat is higher than our previous chair and that’s a plus. One thing though, the arm rests could be a little more cushiony.
