I think it’s worth itMy notesMy time to assemble: about 3 hours alone. I would grade the assembly instructions a “C”. They’re not great, but they’re not the worst. The fonts are small on the paper and the metal parts are labeled with tiny stickers. If you are not mechanically inclined, I recommend that you pay someone to do it or it could be overwhelming.Color: I would call it deep periwinkle, not navy. I like it, but not the same as navy or royal blue.Packaging: get ready for a large, oversized box. It was 88 lbs (written on box) and the box was approximately 87”x25”x6”. By myself, I had to slide it into the main floor, open the box, and carry the pieces down to the basement where it will live. There is a lot of styrofoam and cardboard to manage after it’s assembled.First impressions: it’s solid and I believe it will last a long time. If I ever move, it’ll have to come apart with the Allen wrench in 30 big and small pieces. Make sure to keep the instructions. I’d buy it again, but I would assemble it when I wasn’t pressed for time and with the help of a friend with good hand strength.Mattress: I didn’t listen and bought the 6” memory foam. (Pictured.) It’s too thin and I can feel the slats. I’m returning them and getting the 8” memory foam mattresses.

Better than I thought it would be.We bought another day bed for more money and this one is more sturdy but the color could be a lil more calming. Compared to other one this one is a good value.

Great DaybedI ordered the blue. It is a rich deep blue that I love. The bed is solid, not some flimsy metal bed. I love that it can be made into 2 single twin beds or put side by side to create a king bed. Shipping was super fast even at the holidays. I am totally happy with my purchase!!

What a mess!I received the box ripped and chunks of the box missing. The UPS guy even agreed it was a mess, and looked like it was soaked. I opened it in the garage and was glad I did. The boxes inside were all wet. All the parts were out of there separate boxes, missing the ends of the individual boxes so all the cross rails were loose and mixed up in the box causing scratches all over the pieces and the screws,k wheels and spacers were strewn about inside. The plastic coverings were all ripped on the main pieces that show when assembled. With company coming in four days, I am stuck with a mess to assemble and damaged rails to live with. Seriously pissed and not sure if it came from the manufacturer like this or Amazon. With work and arriving company I have zero time to fight with replacing or refunding and starting over finding a product to fit my space. Thinking Amazon prime is not worth the monthly charge and the product ordered as of late have been arriving in terrible condition. Flimsy product, poor quality, and obviously lack of good shipping measures! The parts…well, missing a wheel and 10 spacers, and four screws so far. The sticker stuck to the rails has awarning that exposed to this product can cause cancer!! WTHeck, this should probably be disclosed prior to taking my money …. just wow and finger shaking at you! It’s a twin, ya think kids might be sleeping on it jerks?! No stars for this garbage, disgusting I had to pick one just to post the buyer beware!

This bed gets ZERO stars. It is a total disappointment. This bed was a TOTAL disappointment. The main bed squeaks at every move. The trundle was used one time. The next day someone merely leaned on the trundle part, and the frame broke, not at a joint, but the metal tubing itself tore apart and is useless and dangerous. The main frame on the decorative part has sharp metal pieces that I cut my hand on. Though I was not able to put the bed together until after the warranty expired, I am hoping for some sort of satisfaction from the manufacturer. I would not recommend spending your money on this bed.

Love this Bed!My husband put this together by himself. There was one part where he ask for my help. Otherwise, he just followed the directions and it was done. The bed is sturdy and looks great. The trundle is easy and sturdy. I love the Cobalt. There is a warning that sounds ominous about the paint being toxic. Since I don’t have young children or grandchildren, I figure we are safe. No fumes to worry about. A friend saw it and asked where she could order one. Yes, I highly recommend.

I would Not suggested this bed for a youth bed or anyone that moves while sleeping.I love the bed and the option of it turning into a king, but we have grandchildren that are from the age of 4-12 and each one has hit and hurt themselves on it. Outside of the look, I’m not sure I would order or suggest it to anyone. I am going to try and send it back and get something else..

Built to lastWe bought this for the spare room. It came well packaged and with everything we needed. It took about three hours to put together completely. It is sturdier than we expected. We love it!
