Make sure to check the bottom of the seat!!!I had to send back the first one because I thought it was missing the whole back! After receiving the second one exactly the same, I realized the piece was inside the seat.I assembled it myself while my husband was at work. I saw him and my dad put together the matching couch so I kinda remembered what to do. Make sure to slide on those two little end pieces onto the the backrest before attaching it to the seat, I spent too much time trying to slide it in from the top before remembering it slid on from the bottom! 🙈 It did have blue pen or marker on one of those pieces when it arrived. I didn’t want to send it back since it takes at least a week to get a new one. I’ll just try to clean it myself.The chair is firm but comfortable. I wouldn’t say it’s sturdy. My son has been sleeping on the matching couch, he’s definitely too big for it, freshman in high school but for now it’s holding up. For the price we paid it’s a good buy. Just don’t plop down on it, we heard a crack the first day😬

Cute but mediocreI guess for a put-together arm chair, it’s not bad. I was hoping it would be a little plusher, but overall a fine chair for what I needed. I got this chair to put in the corner of my bedroom. It is a great size for a smaller space. The microfiber is nice and soft, and the black color is a true black.What I don’t like: I wish the back was taller, it comes up to just below my shoulder blades (I am 5’4″), so there’s no head, neck or shoulder support. The back cushion is very soft and plush, but the seat is very stiff, with little give.Assembly was a little weird, There is no hardware, which is nice – everything just slots together. I had to struggle a bit to get the back “section” out of the bottom of the seat where it is stored for shipping. Also, when I put the back on, the entire construction was a bit wobbly so I had to adjust a few times to make it sturdy.Overall, not a bad chair. Can be assembled by one person.

Wrong pieces made for difficult assembly – mostly OK, thoughI purchased eight (8) of these chairs to open a new office and three of them came with “ears” with the wrong hardware attached so they are not able to be assembled correctly. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer to try and have them send the right hardware… or new pieces… anything. They’ve stopped replying to my messages and now I’m outside the return window. At least most of them worked out.

Worst chair everDo not buy this chair I’ve had it for six months and it’s already broken it’s made out of cardboard and particleboard it’s very uncomfortable and a pain in the ass to put together because it’s so stiff and rigid It is hands-down the most uncomfortable to see I’ve ever had in my life I’m glad it broke so I can get a new one now

Easy enough to assemble, Firm SeatThis product was easy enough to assemble. I bought 2 and they look great. They could be more comfortable and are a little bit on the tall side. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Serves it’s purpose, but you do get what you pay forAssembly is clearly meant to be as quick and easy as possible, coming in 4 pieces that slide together. However, mine was terribly difficult because the slides were too far apart to slide in the back easily. A bit of elbow grease got it to fit, but I needed to keep pushing the chair back down for a few weeks to make sure it didn’t pop out. Eventually I think I did bend the slides such that the back stays over time.I did put the shoulder bits on backwards, but I’m afraid to take it apart to fix it because I don’t know how hard it’ll be to reassembleThe connection point slides are metal, but not very thick. It has been holding me perfectly fine (240 lbs). I’ve had it over several months.The day I have to move it, it is going to have to be disassembled because the parts will separate, and I really dread that day.

Good chair for the price. Assembly required.I bought this chair mostly because it had to be assembled alittle bit. I live on a 3rd floor apartment and the steps are to narrow to take much up it. The chair came in a few pieces. Should have been easy to assemble as no tools required, but I had to full around with it for like an hour to get it fit in right. Most people probably won’t have that problem. The chair looks pretty good and seems pretty sturdy.
