Good firm topperI needed to firm my bed because I didn’t realize I had a super plush mattress when I bought it a couple of years ago and it was tearing my back up. The gray side is the firm side and I’m in love. I wanted to wait a month to test it out and give a real opinion. I haven’t had anymore back problems since I’ve been sleeping on this 3 inch firm topper. If you’re a stomach sleeper this side is not for you. You will be in pain. Back and side are just fine. The only thing that I have noticed was this side is hot. It’s not cooling like the other side describes and I have not tried the softer side because that doesn’t fit my needs. I did give each side 24hours each to expand and the fold in the middle did go away. It was pretty much 3 inch all the way around. After you’re out of the bed it will fluff right back to it’s natural height. Overall it firmed my bed with comfortability.

Made pain worseI carefully researched many toppers and after reading reviews, I had hopes that this was the one. I live with a rare pain disease and this topper intensified my pain. I really wanted to love this but this one is not for me. If you have CRPS, this topper may not be for you. Unfortunately, there’s no way for me to return this so I now have no topper to help me sleep.

TOP NOTCH TOPPER…For several years I’ve been sleeping in a large recliner as it improves my respiratory function while sleeping. In the past while sleeping on a bed I’d have to resort to wedge pillows to give me a bit of incline to help offset my asthma as laying flat just doesn’t cut it. Making the change to the recliner helped immediately, but over time the padding shifted/flattened and it became a bit uncomfortable. Thought about redoing the padding, but with this particular recliner that’d be involved tearing it down. Decided to try a simple foam mattress topper I found at Walmart for just $10 and it worked great, but after 3-4 months it stretched just enough to start tearing, so I bought another just like it. Got another 3-4 months and it did the same thing. Started looking for a quality topper that would fit this recliner and I spent hours finding exactly what I was hoping to find and this topper is outstanding. I will say I also heavily researched for some type of recliner specific cushion, but found nothing helpful and knew a good topper would fit the bill. This thing is the perfect fit, not too thick, firm, but not too dense and the cover makes it quite comfortable as well as the corner straps really help keep it in place. Of course it wasn’t cheap, but I don’t mind paying for great quality/service. Out of the box it did take a bit of time (as mentioned) to fully expand and I didn’t notice any sort of odd smell as seems to be the case with this type of product. The recliner was quite awesome when it was new and now it’s even better than that, so this thing is a permanent keeper!

Ridiculously comfortableI figure I’d give it 2 weeks before I make a review. I’m not sponsored or anything, so this review is 100% my own experience. I honestly haven’t tried memory foam ever since I was a kid, so I don’t have a lot of experience. Well let me tell you – the way this thing wraps up my spine and body should be illegal- feels so damn good! Seriously. I had lower back pain and now it’s almost next to gone. I wake up every morning with my body actually not aching. I will admit my mattress is a bit hard (8/10) so this soft memory foam combination turned out excellent. The only downfall why it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that it does still get a bit hot. Not hot like the old memory foams I remember but over all it does retain heat. Still, the heat is worth the comfort. Will try to update a month or 2 from now.

Very comfortableI really like this topper so far ! I purchased it to replace my old one that started to sag. The cover is soft and a great addition. I still put a mattress cover on top of it to preserve it longer! I love that it has the stretch straps to attach to the mattress. I was looking for one for a few weeks reading reviews! It other one I was interested in that felt similar to this was much more expensive! I very happy with my purchase!

Good qualityI bought this on sale and is a good quality mattress topper it’s a little wider than my bed maybe an inch or a little over which doesn’t bother me but for a smaller guy 150 pounds it’s definitely much firmer than I expected I bought it to soften up my mattress which it did it feels really plush when you sit on it or push on it but when you lay down it’s rather firm which it could become softer after using it for a while but it’s still much to firm for me I gave it 4 stars because of the firmness otherwise it would have been great

Don’t buy if…Don’t buy if your on the larger size…both of us are around 200 lbs and with this topper we both end up in the middle of bed folded up like a taco! To late to return it. But its perfect if your sleeping alone, Pretty comfortable.

Why do you have to fold it in half?Like the mattress, just hate the fold down the middle from top to bottom. Would be SO MUCH better if you just rolled the mattress instead of folding it for shipping. I don’t think the crease will EVER go away. It is also about 3-4 inches wider than my mattress.

No more tossing and turningThis mattress topper is very thick and very comfortable. It stops pain right in it’s tracks. My hips and back hurt so bad but with this I can’t actually rest without tossing and turning all night. My sleep quality has increased about 90% since buying this. It’s soft and feels like memory foam. This is a must have for anyone who has difficulty sleeping umdie to pain. Great price.
