    INSTRUCTIONS!!The instructions are so bad, it’s unclear to see anything and it’s sloppy. The bed itself is fine after it’s made but the lack of instruction made it take hours to build. The screws all came in one bag so I had to sort them out before starting the building process. Overall don’t waste your money unless you want it that bad.

    not recommendedInstructions for assembly were not included in the box. It was impossible to get a response from the Merax company’s customer service to get a copy of the instructions. Managed to put the bed together without the instructions with trial and error but also had to make a trip to the hardware store since several screws were missing. Do not recommend purchasing this bed.

    Nice bed, missing some hardware.This is a nice bed, looks exactly like the picture. The bag of nuts and screws was already ripped open so there were pieces rolling freely in the box, in the end there were two screws missing and one nut missing. Daughter loves it.
