Looks nice but…I received it as I was supposed to. The box was beat badly. Surprisingly the chair seems to be ok. There’s one major problem… no screws or tools came with it. It had the instructions, the chairs and frames. (No screws)

Beautiful chairsLove these chairs. I’m 5’5 and fit just right in it. It’s giving me rich auntie vibes. Comes with the base and seat. You attach with bolts that uses an alley ranch that they provide. The fabric is easy to clean, it’s like velvet/suede.

Bought total of 6 chairs and now after few months chairs have started making squeaky noise .The look of the chair is good but very bad quality.

Broken and bent out of shapeThese chairs arrived broken and bent out of shape. There were wrappings inside the box in complete shreds like an animal had gotten in. There were a few bolts and no wrench to put the chair together even if I had all the bolts necessary. The metal backing of the chair is bent so out of shape that the cushion does not line up. Even if these chairs were usable, which they are not, they are stiff backed and very uncomfortable to sit in. I’m very disappointed by these chairs and will look forward to a full refund.
