Beautiful!After reading other reviews of this product I wasn’t sure about purchasing it, but I’m so happy with it!Assembly was great, instructions were easy to follow. The extra storage is fantastic. The support it provides made our mattress even more comfortable. Worth every penny.

The instructions are terribleThe instructions are terrible but the bed is pretty simple to figure out. My bed came late but overall if I ignore the horrible customer service and the fact it was 3 days late I’ll definitely give this bed 9.5 outta 10 the side storage should have a hinge to open and close.

It is a very nice bed but some parts are very fragile and the delivery was awful. When the bed came the packaging was horrendous! The cardboard was ripped, it was dirty, and it was half open. The people who came to drop it off didn’t seem to care. When I saw the inside of the box the bed was so dirty and I saw two holes where the buttons were supposed to be. The bed has a nice and soft fabric and the compartments are good sized. When I put a mattress on top and laid down I heard cracking and I noticed it was the wood that supports the mattress underneath. It is a very nice bed but some parts are very fragile and the delivery was awful.

Very sturdy bed with stupid manual for Assembling.I like the bed in my room. It added a big value to my bed room. It’s sturdy and I feel like a king sleeping on it. It pissed me a lot when I saw the cheap, stupid assembly manual for this nice bed. I wrote a review previously about this bed. Generally I recommend this bed to anyone who wants a sturdy, kingish and contemporary luxurious bed with a poor assembly manual.

Not a good bed for price pointFirst some of bed was damaged and then not all the tools and screws were with it. You can’t sit on the sides that are for storage. It’s hard to get in and out of bed without putting weight on the sides. It slides all around. It’s just not a solid bed for the price we paid. If you buy it remember I told you so. I looked at reviews before buying and I thought I will try it out for myself and I wish I had listened.

Mismatched cream color, unable to purchase separate part.Bed not yet fully assembled in picture. Overall love the design of the bed, however, unfortunately the trunk at the end of the bed is mismatched from the others.Contacted product support and they were unable to assist, even if I wanted to purchase another piece.Outside of return window.

Mattress support wooden sticks do not fit wellThere are total 15 rows of wooden sticks to support the mattress. Five of the wooden sticks do not fit well after I put mattress on top. They come out and the mattress doesn’t has good support.Could you please provide extra support sticks or suggest how to fix this issue
