Good table bad deliveryLike the table but very disappointed in your choice of using usps for delivery. Package was delivered to a house 2 blocks from me. Thank you to the honest lady that did usps’ job to deliver to me. Not the first time this has happened.

Not a very good fit-and- finish. This ‘Modern Craftsman’ table needs some improvement. I had no assembly problems as parts fit well, but, (here comes my major complaint) there are two ARCHED side braces that separate and brace the steel frame legs. Problem is, the ‘arched’ section ends on both sides do NOT fit snugly against the legs. There is a visible gap at the end of each arch. When assembled it is obvious the arch is not the correct length and leaves an open gap on each end. I solved this defect by inserting a thin washer at each end of the arch and closed up the space, but this took some assembling and reassembling for me to find the correct washer thickness. A lot of monkeying around on my part to correct an engineering problem. The table looks fine after my doodling with the frame, but the table needs some improvement in the parts so they fit without compromise.

Very nice and sturdy table

Sturdy but Weird to AssembleWho ever fabricated this had their measurements way off. The metal base barely aligned with the drawer. It seems very heavy-duty now that it’s assembled however so good deal.

Sturdy, love the style, too many unsightly marksEasy to assemble except a drill is needed to start the screw holes for the top. I would give this 5 stars but there are FIVE unsightly black marks across pretty much all sides. Tried various cleaners to remove them, no luck. Not even rubbing alcohol. Nearly sent it back but I decided I would probably just sand it down and re-stain it sometime in the future.

Perfect addition to our other craftsman/mission style furnitue.End tables came a day early. They were packed very secure in the box to protect tables from being damaged. My husband is very knowledgeable about assembling furniture so it took him only 20 minutes for each table. The only problem was the drawer face on one table was not totally in the notches, but clamps and glue over night made for an easy fix. Tables are very sturdy and very attractive. I love the tables and they are a great addition to our living room. Recommend highly.

Great End TableLarger than we were picturing, but we really like. Just want to mention that the black base portion has a distressed brassy look to it in places. We’re fine with it, but some people might not like that kind of gleam.

Assembly is a little tricky, but not badInstructions aren’t bad, but there are some confusing steps. We figured it out. The wood screws provided work fine, but the holes are not pre-drilled, so we did that ourselves (“we” = myself and a neighbor; we are both 60-something females with little experience in assembly).Very sturdy, very attractive. There were a few scratches in the black paint, but they were easily covered with black Sharpie.I bought two end tables and the TV stand. One end table’s draw is a little sticky. It may get better with time.I am very happy with the set. The drawers are roomy. I didn’t want a solid piece of furniture like a chest or cupboard, so they provide just enough storage.

Pretty picture, but we were disappointedWe had in mind a particular place for this table, only the measurements given were way off from the actual table. It is nearly 9 inches taller than described, 2 inches longer and narrower. Also the glider for the left side drawer doesn’t fit either drawer, so the drawer does not glide properly and waggles around when trying to use it: VERY UNSATISFACTORY! We are pretty handy, but not sure how we will “fix” this problem. The table is way too much work to break down, and too heavy to haul it to town so the UPS can return it. Right now we are stuck with an unsatisfactory table. I will add pictures later
