Solid and beautifulThe table is very well made and quite beautiful to look at. It is an extension table, but folks should know the “footprint” of the table lengthwise (with chairs at each end) does not change when you add the extension. That means if you want chairs on the ends of the table you need 103.5″ with or without the extension. If you want to pull the end chairs out to use them you would need space to accomodate that. Add the space you need to pull the chairs out and sit down: 12′ x 6′ is enough space to sit all around with chairs in use. If you need some margin to walk around that “footprint” what would that be? 15’x10′?I was planning to use this table without the extension most of the time as I rarely need to seat more than 4. That way I could squeeze the table into the dining space while preserving an open area at each end. I was thinking the chairs at the end would push in with the table, that is not the case. So I decided to just leave the extension in and use the table top space all the time. That will likely be what you do, unless you just prefer the look of the shorter table top. Both are quite attractive.

Sturdy and beautifulThis is a fantastic wood table! My husband and I pulled the box into the dining room. Easy to assemble. It took about an hour. It was easy to put the legs on. Took more time to add the leaves (extenders). The grains make it look like it was just cut from a tree. Will probably need a brush to get crumbs out of the grooves. Presently, we use mats to protect the table and that is working just fine! My husband is not one to talk about the our furniture, but just about every time he passes through the dining room, he says how much he really likes the table. It is very sturdy. We have only had the table for about a month and we are already receiving compliments about it. Now if we can find some nice sturdy chairs to compliment it, I will be very happy!

I was super impressed with the quality of the table and the …I was super impressed with the quality of the table and the ease of which we were able to put it together. Ordering furniture via the internet without seeing it in-person first is a bit of a gamble, but the table is clearly made of solid wood, and looks even better in person than in the pictures. Ordering through Amazon was a breeze and the table shipped and delivered quickly. It took my husband about 30 minutes to put it together and he was happy with how few pieces there were to assemble and the quality of the pieces (i.e. all of the holes lined up / he didn’t have to do additional work to make the table fit together). I wish it came in a lighter stain, but other than that, I would highly recommend!

Not what I expected color wiseI took a risk even though there were no photos, because the review were good, and talked about how this table was solid wood.Pros-Love the size, feels like it will last. It was super easy to assemble with just one person. Not heavy 2 out of 4 family members love the color.Cons-First it is way too light weight to be solid wood. The color is off compared to the photo on Amazon. And the top of table feels plastic. But the bottom feels solid and is true to the brick brown color description. There is also a small scratch and dent on one side. I would send it back but it’s growing on the family already, and it would be too much of a hassle.

Love this table!!This table is beautifully made and very well constructed. I am absolutely in love with it. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was very minor damage during shipping and the bolts provided had smashed threading so they didn’t work. Both easily fixed and worth it in the long run as the table is great!Also, it was SOOOO easy to put together. It only took me about 20 minutes.

Solid wood tableGood table made out of solid wood. The finish is satin/matte and the color is a very dark brown. It’s beautiful.

Great Table!I love this table. It was so difficult to find a round table that was modern yet timeless. I haven’t yet seen it in its expanded state, but it is great when round. My only issue with the table is that it has a groove that can trap food. I need to figure that out.
