Love it but Strong Chemical SmellI love my desk. I mostly just love the simplicity. I did have to air the drawers out and use baking soda for a while because of a strong chemical smell. It was too much to return the whole desk and they can’t resend the drawers only so I deal with it. Plus I didn’t have the boxes.

… been some low reviews here but this is a great value. I did not experience low quality issuesI know there have been some low reviews here but this is a great value. I did not experience low quality issues, assembly issues, etc others have noted. Simple to set up (just install legs). Finish is beautiful and glossy. Appears reasonably sturdy but would not drag the legs too far or on rough surfaces with heavy friction as there is not lateral support but that is why I like it. No unsightly bar obstructing your legs or a chair getting under the desk. This is a great value for the money. Have seen this style over $600 on other sites so this is a bargain.

Looks good…fair qualityThis is a very pretty desk. It could probably be a little sturdier and it could’ve probably been $100 cheaper. But I’m satisfied with it.

Broken & Missing partsThe upper corner was broken. And there were no legs included. Not kidding. No legs at all. We thought perhaps the legs would ship separately, but no they just weren’t included. The overall desk is beautiful but made very poorly. As you can see from the photos the lacquer is very thin and any little crack will ruin the finish. I would say both items reported fall solely on the shipper and the way this was packaged, and handled.
