Great frame. Just what I needed.Great. Just what I was looking for. Great value for the money.

Looks good but falls apartThis was reasonably easy to put together and looked good when new but 3 years later it is not even salvageable. It will be going to the trash while my daughter sleeps on the floor until we find something better quality.

  3. Brooke Greenberg

    Very pretty bed.Very pretty bed.

pretty much because of the color and priceI took a chance after reading the negative reviews and bought it, pretty much because of the color and price. The color is like an arctic white–whiter than I thought. As for the assembly, all the parts were included, including the washers and the directions. After reading the reviews I contacted the company right after purchasing it to get the directions in case they weren’t included. I was able to download them but they came with the bed anyway. I assembled the bed by myself. It probably took me about 1:45 min and that’s because I didn’t read the instructions carefully and tightened the bolts right away. The key is to pay attention where the directions tell you not to tighten just yet. That way it’s easier to line up the holes for the next piece that you need to attach. Also, if you have a screw driver with a Torx (star-shaped) bit it goes faster. The assembly was fairly easy and straightforward. So far so good. Delivery time was decent too–approximately 6 days.

Inexpensive and easy to pack upInexpensive bed for a guest room. All of it packs up into the headboard, making moving a breeze. The support legs are thin and not made for moving around too much. Make sure to out something underneath to stop scratching and distribute the weight a bit on hardwood floors.

Lower to ground than expectedI unfortunately received the wrong color, but decided to keep it because returning something that big/heavy during covid seemed like too much work. It’s a bit lower than I realized, with a smaller opening under the bed to store things under there that I wanted. The actual space under the bed is about 8” but the opening under the side boards is only about 5”.It’s definitely comfortable and supportive and didn’t wobble when the bed was a-rockin’

Watch out for the sideboard feet.I like that all the pieces came contained in the headboard. I did not like all the styrofoam ised for packing the pieces because I’m sure I’ve still got a few little beads of the stuff floating around somewhere. The bed was easy to assemble and I was able to do it myself in less than an hour.My only complaint is the black metal feet that are located about halfway on the sideboards: you can’t easily see them, but unprotected toes seem to find them all the time. I understand the design probably requires it since the sideboards are two separate pieces of wood held together by that same foot, but I keep kicking that thing or giving the frame extra space while making the bed to avoid injuring myself.

Be prepared to have your work set out for you!Let’s start with the pros. The bed looks amazing once it’s put together. All of the tools and pieces you need are located in the headboard (pretty cool). Doesn’t require a box spring, but can work with one.Now the cons. This took almost 4 hours for me to assemble (alone). The instructions were okay, but I ended up having to do some of the instructions reversed because the pieces wouldn’t initially fit where they were supposed to go.All in all – I love the bed frame. It looks great and for the price, it makes it even better. I would only suggest having someone help you when putting it together or pay for them (or someone) put it together for you.

Love it to pieces!I don’t usually do more than a basic “shipped on time, as expected” kind of review but I wanted to add a bit more on this one. I think this bed is totally ingenious! First, all parts breakdown to fit nearly into the headboard itself. When I opened the package I thought ‘where the heck is the rest of the frame??’ Well, it’s snuggled nearly inside the headboard in a zippered compartment. Although all the components are lightweight they go together to creat a very solid truss system of a bedframe. The assemble did take me every bit of the 45 minutes the instructions predicted, even on the second of these beds, (as we got two for the guestroom). All in all I love everything about it – very nice understated clean modern look, awesome knockdown engineering, great price point, fast shipping in a well protected carton. You can’t go wrong with this!

Frame falling apart in under 1 year…The bed was incredibly hard to put together. Like others said, it took hours. Only because none of the pieces lined up. Holes weren’t drilled to align or they were crooked. One side is nearly an inch longer than the other, and after having this for about 10 months (using it for maybe 7) the frame is absolutely falling apart. The center supports on the outside are completely caving in. The legs on the side are drilled into each section of the side slat and when you lay on the bed it puts pressure on it and causes the 2 adjoining pieces to cave in and the leg to bend either in or out. On top of that, the center foot doesn’t even touch the ground unless you’re laying on the bed. Which makes for a very annoying knocking sound any time you lay down or move at night. For the pros: The material is nice and it’s true white. The slats have held up for us quite well, only had one slat pop out of place a few times, but that doesn’t matter when the frame itself is falling apart. I’ve sat on the edge of the bed and wound up on the floor a few times. As you can see in the picture, I had to put something under the middle legs because of how badly it scratched and gouged my wood floor.
