Very stylish.There are a few reasons this bench is not getting a perfect score, even though I truly love my metal bench…. When it arrived, it was incased in so much bubble wrap, tape, and card board, that it took about 20 minutes, and a workout, to get it all off to reveal the bench! (It was like that party game where you keep passing the overly wrapped surprise-in-a-package around until someone finally gets to the little trinket inside!) Well, after I got to “the center of the tootsie pop,” I noticed two pretty big dings in the top of one of the metal bars, (About 1/2″ each.) The glides on the bottom were also scratched, as if it was used before it arrived at my home… I was pretty bummed.Here’s the good news!!!! Amazon is awesome. I told them the whole story, and they took a sizable amount off the price of purchase for me so I didn’t have to try to package it back up to get a perfect one. It was enough that I decided to keep my slightly damaged goods. One more thing is that the stainless steal does flex a bit when you sit down. I wasn’t expecting that, but it seems to be OK nonetheless. Mine is inside, so I’m not sure how it will fair out side. If you love the design, it’s worth getting, and mine was probably not the norm for this company.

I feel very confident of its sturdy nature, even in the Center & I have the 60 inch!I’ve had My eye on this piece for a minute, so, I feel Blessed to have it sitting in My L/R! What a delightful surpriseBought this with great trepidation (buying furniture on-line is tricky at best) but knowing Amazon’s return policy we felt it was worth a try. Arrived quickly as promised (via UPS – delivery man was not too happy it is big and bulky – what can you expect with a 60″ wide bench that is in one piece). It was packed/padded very well (NB: they warn you to save packing material, just in case) and arrived in perfect condition. When we opened we found a well made, nicely finished bench which wow are using as a coffee table. Works perfectly for our purposes. All in all, I highly recommend.

Wow. Beautiful, useful & high qualityIt looks like the pictures. It’s loud yet minimalist. It can catch your eye or at certain perspectives it blends with my table’s metal legs making it seem invisible. I got the biggest bench for my dining room and love it! Everyone that comes over compliments it. It’s a bench so it’s not going to be the most luxurious seat in the house but it’s one of the prettiest in mine. The slats don’t bother but may if sat on for extended periods of time that could be different. A cushion or pillow can solve that easily. It can go anywhere a bench should be and more. I do plan on buying a smaller one for my room.

Excellent quality and looks GREAT!I was hesitant to purchase this bench, because the price was lower than most of the other retailers, but then I didn’t want to over pay for the exact same item either, so I took a chance and ordered it, which I’m SO HAPPY that I did, because it looks great, it feels very sturdy, and I can’t believe the cost because it looks like a very expensive piece of furniture! It’s modern and sleek, and it goes great with all my very expensive RH furniture, I highly recommend this stainless steel bench! I just wish I had room in my house for the other matching pieces I would buy them all!

Perfect dining bench for a modern decorThis bench beautifully complements a restored trestle farmtable we have in our semi-modern living/dining space. When not in use in the dining area, we move it to a little bedroom we use as a dressing room. It serves a dual purpose of a bench(to sit and wear shoes) and a narrow center table(lay-out magazines, rest a drink, etc) perfectly. I have not had issues with the weight capacity and it looks absolutely marvelous with our brushed chrome dining chairs. And this is a fab price! I paid double its currently listed price in October 2013!Update:It is 2017 and we are still using this, now with a RH glass trestle table. After all these years, it is still in an immaculate condition. The shine of the steel is intact and it has not bent/ caved in the center despite its long length.Only thing we have realized is that it is a little short for use on a dining table by a few inches. You might have to consider an upholstered cushion.
