chairs seem sturdy; all parts were thereOrdered two chairs. Part of the reason for the order was the promise I would receive the chairs by a particular date if I ordered that day. They arrived three days later than promised. But the price was less than half what I found for the same product from other vendors. Well made, chairs seem sturdy; all parts were there. Putting the chairs together was not a lot of fun, but they went together without incident by following directions carefully. (Thanks for the tip from others to carefully follow instructions.)

Beautiful chairsThese dinning chairs are great! I was a little hesitant such from of the bad reviews but we love them! We got 6! It took a little to put them all together but I expected that. I posted this picture on my facebook and instagram and got so many questions on where I got them!Update 2021: Still LOVE them! They are still so comfy. Just not kid friendly lol (but that’s a given). Not easy to clean up spills but they have latest us almost four years (and we have three little kids under 5) and they are still in good shape. Definitely solid. It’s my husbands and mine go to chairs even for our desks. It’s that comfy.

Took me 20 min to unpack and assembleEasy to assemble. Squirt a little WD40 in the screw holes and you’ll be fine. My chair is perfectly level. Caution the instructions label the bolts incorrectly, The correct order is “Step 2 uses BOLT C and Step 3 uses BOLT B.” There were two small dings on one of the legs—but they are on the back of the front leg and not noticeable.

Flat cushionBought in October… already flat cushion. I have to use a pillow on it. So disappointing. And I’m skinny, so it’s not a weight issue (just in case you were wondering…).If you’re only purchasing it to be pretty, then it’s a good deal. But if you actually plan on sitting on it, look elsewhere.

Great Color but parts missing.Nice solid chair. Love the color ( dark grey). Would have given it five stars but the hardware bag was open inside the box so I had to go to the hardware store to get the washers and a couple of other parts. Luckily at least one of each of the bolts were still in the box. It was pretty easy to put together.

Comfortable and Quality ChairThis is an excellent office desk chair that arrived in a box that was well packed and all the parts were in excellent condition. My father assembled it for me without too much trouble, and he appreciated the clear set of directions that came with it. I got a narrow piece of carpet to go under it that was extremely cheap, and I wanted a chair with a narrow footprint. The chair has plenty of room for your posterior and is very comfortable with a good back piece. And, I was relieved that I could buy one chair rather than being forced to buy a set of 2, which I didn’t need for my situation.

Not worth the effort… easily broken.These chairs are ok for a 20 something’s apartment…not for adults with real daily usage. I chose these for the modern look and the great price. I bought 6 for a family function and was totally excited…. until they arrived. They looked OK. HOWEVER, they were horribly difficult to put together and a bit weak. AND WE OWN A FURNITURE MOVING COMPANY and put furniture together all of the time! One arrived with a defective front leg (nothing to screw into). Another chair had TOTALLY MISALIGNED holes and screws. The others were just a bit wonky after assembly (we followed the leveling directions). Rightfully, I should request a refund for at least 2 of these chairs but I had to find a way to use them for the event. Also, I don’t expect the others to stand the test of time. Will probably need to buy a new completely new dining set for the upcoming holidays. Easily broken with regular sized adults. PLEASE don’t have a heavier person in your family.

It’s a nice chair but it was a little difficult to put …Just received was excited yet skeptical because I read the reviews before I purchased. It’s a nice chair but it was a little difficult to put in two front legs, and as soon as I stood the chair up the legs were uneven so the chair rocks, as sooon as I sat down the chair squeeked. I only bought one chair for my dining room table I need 3 others but I’m not sure if I want to keep the chair and buy the others or refund. I know they are cheap, so maybe it’s just you get what you paid for.

These chairs look beautiful and were easy to assembleThese chairs look beautiful and were easy to assemble. Unfortunately all 4 chairs I purchased were uneven after putting them together. I followed the instructions to balance them but each front leg seemed to be a bit different from the matching one. I was easily able to add felt furniture pads underneath the legs to balance them but I expected them to be a better quality with consistency.

A decent chair for the moneyi liked the finished product. I am using it for a writing desk. All the hardware was included. I disliked the confusion with the directions. The bolts to attach the seat to the back are bolt c not a. I have a small crack on leg.
