Extra food prep surface area for small kitchenIt’s going to work well as extra food prep surface area for my small kitchen. I’ll pull it out to the center of the kitchen for use there at times with a cutting board over the laminate that’s made to look like marble.

It’s a love/hate relationshipIt was rather simple to put together. On the table there is a gap between the legs ..they should be closer. ..in order for the screws to secure them . the bar stools we’re very simple to put together however they don’t want to stay together the bolts keep coming loose. So my suggestion is when you are putting this together use loctite on all screws and gorilla glue on the bar stools

Exactly what I expectedThe pic will show that I narrowed up the table for my own use. That said, it’s wooden furniture……….. use wood glue at assembly, if you want it to last. Mine arrived well packaged, and in good condition.

Tabletop material is very thin!Of course at the price point, you’re not actually getting a marble top. However, you’re not even getting solid wood, nor even a solid piece of particle board. The table top is a wood frame supporting a thin plywood sheet topped with a marble-pattern laminate. The notes say the table capacity is 100 lbs, and I’d guess that’s an optimistic estimate. This is NOT a table to stand on if you need to change a light bulb.Beyond that, the overall construction is tight and secure, the stools are very sturdy, the cushioning is comfortable, and appearance is decent for the price point. I was just very surprised about just how thin the table surface material is, even for this money.
