Sturdy & ComfortableI waited a few weeks to write a review, but these counter stools have performed well and are very comfortable. They are a nice design and the color was perfect to match our breakfast counter. I sent back several sets before I found these and am finally pleased with everything – color, style, comfort and build!

Some pointersI’ve gotten stools similar to these before the only issue with those I noticed were the screws loosen easily after use so I was ready this time. As I opened the box I was disappointed to see what looked like glue and Styrofoam stuck to the leather. But found out it came off with some water and rubbing. Putting them together is easy but time consuming. I added some locktite glue to keep the screws from backing out hopefully. They are beautiful and just as described from my previous purchase I know they hold up so I’m excited to have my new beautiful stools to use!!!

Nice lookingNice style, the grey wood is a good accent to the black cushions. sufficient comfort for short periods. I ordered 4, all of them had dings, and chips in the wood.

Missing some hardware bag already openNice chair only if I had all the parts but missing some from the hardware bag which was already open and from the looks of it this item must of been an return. So I’m gving 3 stars not 5 terrible the way this item was package now I’m force to wait for a replacement.

Easy assembly with clear diagramsWe are very pleased with these new bar stools which are a gift from our children for our newly remodeled lower level living space. The chairs look very nice at our bar, are comfortable and very sturdy. They look exactly like the photo pictured in the product listing. The grey color goes nicely with our other furnishings. Assembly took about one hour for the first one and the diagrams were very helpful, even without detailed written instruction. Having read other reviews, my husband said he knew why they had trouble lining up the holes with the screws. You cannot tighten down the first one or two screws holding the seat to the back until all 4 are in place loosely. Then wiggle them a bit until they all line up nicely before you tighten all of them down. No problem at all with this method. Packaging was excellent with no marks on any of the pieces. We appreciate the care taken to package so carefully and pad everything thoroughly. These are reasonable priced for such good looking, sturdy bar stools.

Nice Bar Stool. Not so nice Allen Wrench.These stools appear to be well-made and well engineered. They look good and feel very sturdy once assembled. That said I cannot imagine assembling one of these stalls with the Allen wrench provided. I used almost every thing in my arsenal of tools including Allen driver bits Allen sockets Allen screwdrivers etc. etc. and installation was fairly simple. Not saying it couldn’t be done with that little wrench but I don’t have that kind of patience. Kudos to the Vietnamese for being able to produce a quality product, package it extremely well, and ship it all the way across the Pacific Ocean to the United States for a good value.
