Easy to assemble. The 2nd one came with damageI’ve bought my fourth one so I do like these. I only had a problem with one, and I was able to get a new one in exchange to replace it. These work really well when you need a book case, but don’t have a lot of space. They’re nice looking and practical so I’ll upgrade my stars to 5.I liked how easy it was to pull it out of the box and assemble. The shelves fall right into place.I was able to mount the two pieces on top of each other without any problems as well as the top shelf piece. Everything fit perfectly. I made sure to clean out any styrofoam that got into dowel holes where the two pieces connect.It’s composed of really nice solid wood and the hardware seems to be of a good quality. The finish matches my bedroom furniture pretty well. I doubt it will break easily because of the quality, and I’m sure it will last a very long time.These are two, narrow l, tall pieces that fit on top of each other so it’s not the most stable, but I figured it wouldn’t be. I’ll latch to the wall with something from the hardware store since it didn’t come with anything to latch it.It would also be nice if there were a designated bottom because the two pieces were interchangeable. If there was one that was specifically supposed to be the bottom piece, I couldn’t tell. Adding pads that could be added to whichever one you choose to be the bottom piece would be helpful so you don’t scratch up your hardwood floor. I will add felt ones when I get the chance.I would probably buy another one if I needed one. I’m pleasantly surprised by how nice it is.So, I bought another one, and unfortunately, the second one came with some cracks and scrapes. Very unfortunate.

Flip, stack, done…this bookcase is no flopThis bookcase comes in two pieces. Open the box, flip the shelves, stack the two pieces and that’s it, you’re done. This shelf is of higher quality and more sturdy than I anticipated. I had a small corner space and a need for easy-access storage and this fit the bill. The design is also transitional enough to fit into many settings. I wondered if the two-piece design would look cheap but in the brown, we don’t even notice it. Also, I noticed someone said they were concerned about stability. While this shelf does not have brackets to connect the upper and lower sections, it did come with two stabilizing straps, glue and screws to attach the unit to a wall if you want. Extra points for the protective packaging. The box was a little banged up but the unit was just fine.

Super Easy! And they look nice.This is a simple shelf to unfold and stack. Be aware that the base is SMALL compared to the height, so an anchor to the wall is a good idea. I would not recommend the taller shelves (ie stacking one on another to get the taller shelf) when placing on a carpet. Depending on the depth of the carpet the legs tend to dig in/ or not and the shelves tip and lean. I purchased the large and 2 small 1/2 circle to make an nice shelf set along a wall. the problem is that a baseboard in a home prevents the tight placement of the bases against the wall and the carpet makes the whole thing wonkey! I think this issue is better when placed on time or hardwood floors, but consider the flooring when purchasing the tall units.

Beautiful oak shelf, just the right size and easy to assemble.I love the oak and nice finish, well made and sturdy. I did not use for a bookshelf but in the pantry for drinks, a shame not to show it off but its just the right size for what i needed.

Nice, but could be improvedVery nice shelf with a good finish. That said, the shelves didn’t come with any hardware to hook them together where they stack. Even though I was putting this on a hardwood floor, I felt these absolutely had to be hooked together and then secured to the wall for stability with kids in the house. So decent price and nice looking shelf, but did require an extra trip to the hardware store and time to attach needed hardware, etc. Would buy again, but hope they modify the product to include security hardware. Shelves like this from other stores are available with this type of hardware for about the same price or slightly less so I would consider those in the future to save some time.

Good qualityExactly as described, better quality than expected, even with all the good reviews. Easy to assemble. Fits perfectly in a small space. Box arrived with significant damage, but the interior packing was so well-done that the bookcase wasn’t even dinged. Love it.
