Beautiful green vanityI always dreamt of having a vanity like this for my working altar, and fell in love with the apple green one from the first sight; it was also three times cheaper than the more traditional colours, the only reason I could afford this beauty.It came in a super enormous and very heavy box with a lot of padding, was mostly pre-assembled and incredibly easy to build until I got to the mirror part; they really dropped the ball on this one. You will need a second person to hold the mirror in place while you struggle putting in the screws that are definitely too small to hold the heavy mirror. I’m sort of glad it sits against the wall, and don’t plan to fidget with those mirror panels at all for safety’s sake. It would be nice if the company added pre-drilled holes at least. I did not have a drill at the time, but having one will definitely help here.Aside from the mirror, it’s a fantastic, gorgeous, and a very sturdy vanity desk. This thing is heavy, and not flimsy at all. I’m 5’4″, but a taller person can sit at it comfortably, and there is plenty of room in those drawers to store your makeup, nail polish, and whatnot, or, in my case, to stuff ’em full of candles and Tarot cards.

Beautiful vanity and well builtThis is an update. Initially, the bolts included were the wrong size to put the stool together. Additionally, I couldn’t find the assembly instructions. That was my fault because I hadn’t opened all the boxes, expecting them to be with the main pieces of the vanity–they were later found with the stool parts.In both cases, Poundex was very responsive. They sent me a copy of the assembly instructions via Amazon. They also mailed a new set of parts and the bolts for the stool fit fine. All in all, it’s a wonderful piece and my girlfriend was very happy with the surprise even though completion was a little late in coming.If I could make one suggestion, it’s that the assembly instructions were larger. The small print and pictures were somewhat difficult to see. However, I solved that for myself by scanning them and blowing them up on my computer. Challenges solved, and I’d recommend the vanity to everyone looking for a high quality product and great support!

You will love it!This vanity is so nice and well made. The wood is real and beautiful.The stool is sturdy and looks great. The three mirrors make doing hair and make-up a breeze. This is by far one of the best pieces of furniture I’ve ever owned and I’m so glad I decided to purchase it.Some reviews mention no pre-drilled holes. When I put mine together, it had all of the holes pre-drilled where they needed to be except for the pieces attaching the mirror to the vanity. I have no doubt they don’t drill those intentionally so that you can make sure you line it up how you want. I had no trouble putting this together by myself (although I had my husband hold the mirror while I attached it just to make sure it was perfectly aligned) in less than an hour. The drawers are pre-assembled as is the entire flat part of the vanity. You have to attach the legs and the cross bar on the bottom, as well as the mirror, and the stool is only a couple of parts to put together. After assembling tons of furniture from Wal-mart and having to put together every tiny piece since nothing was pre-assembled, putting together this vanity was a dream. The craftsmanship was excellent. This is going to be a piece of furniture I will have for a very long time.Also, I’m 5’11” and the vanity is not too small or too short for me.

Very Sturdy! Easy to Assemble! Well-Packaged! Fast Shipping!I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loved it. The style is perfect and it’s very sturdy. Was easy to assemble!ASSEMBLY: The assembly of it went very well. Not difficult at all. The instructions are vague, but you can tell how to assemble it from the pictures provided in the instructions. The mirror was very easy to center. There are no pre-drilled holes for mounting the mirror. I marked the middle of the back of the vanity, then marked the center of the mirror and just lined up the center markings when mounting. I did this by myself, so it’s very easy to handle.QUALITY: This vanity is very sturdy! No wobble after assembly. Plenty of drawer space for her to put away her items to keep the top clean.SIZE: My wife is 5′ 3″ (petite) and it fits her perfectly. Stool height, mirror height, and top-side of vanity height is perfect for her size. I believe it would accommodate females of a varying range of sizes.SHIPPING/PACKAGING: Amazon had the item shipped to me within a week of ordering. It shipped free with Amazon Prime. Packaging was excellent, which is always a concern when ordered furniture online. Plenty of Styrofoam and all parts were in their own individual boxes within the larger box to keep them from sliding/rubbing/scratching. As soon as I opened the large box and saw how everything was packed, I had no concerns about any of the contents.

Beautiful Rich Cherry VanityBeautiful dark cherry stained wood. It looks expensive and matches my new cherry stained bedroom perfectly. The vanity looks like it is part of the bedroom sets. The three drawers have plenty of room for makeup and hair accessories. The mirror is very nice and the side pieces can be moved to show a partial side view of the face and hair. It was easy to drill holes for the screws and to attach the mirror. It came overprotected with each piece in its own heavy cardboard box and then all the smaller boxes were placed in one large box. It took my friend less than one hour to unpack and put the vanity together. I am very happy with the vanity and I think it was very good quality for the price.

Well built and looks great 🙂My item was well built. True there were no pilot holes for the mirror or the back brace of the Vanity. The screws are a more course thread than the average wood screw,which makes it easier to attach without the pilot holes. one could drill a pilot hole though. Just don’t use an electric screwdriver/drill, as they can apply too much torque. It did not take long at all to assemble the unit. There was an odor of varnish when first opening up the box, but that only lasted a few minutes(or maybe I’m used to the smell of varnish as I use it to seal my paintings.) I assembled it by my self. One could use another person taking the vanity top up the steps to the bedroom.. The mirror and the vanity desk were the heaviest which I carried up and my wife carried up the legs. All in all The wife loves it AND that is what it is all about! 🙂
