Not quite 12” (more precisely 11&1/2 and some parts are 11”)I wish the mattress naturally inflated to the promised 12”. Also, although it says plush, there is nothing plush about this mattress, quite the contrary – it’s on the firm side. If you like a firm mattress (this is firmer than medium firm) and don’t mind that it is a bit thinner than promised, this is definitely for you. I have no complaints about the quality, it’s actually good.

Great Mattress!The order arrived on time. We set it up in minutes. I was sleeping on it within 2 nights from my order date. I’ve never been so satisfied with a mattress and I look forward to going to bed every night. There are mornings I roll over and don’t even want to get up! I was nervous about “would it be too firm or too soft” but it turns out to be good for me. Very happy with this purchase.
