Sturdy great looking counter stoolsThese are even better than the photos. The seams on the cushion are nicely sewn and the construction of the metal frame is sturdy. The image on the website makes the “green” look a little yellow but it is greener in person, kind of like an unripe lime. The metal of the frame is definitely a matte black-I wasn’t clear as to whether it was silver or black from the photo; they are black. I wanted silver so spray painted the metal with a good Rustoleum brushed nickel spray paint. They look greatl The packaging was amazing and small details like the hardware being wrapped in red with a red tag hanging off made it almost impossible to accidentally throw out. And the hardware came with allen wrenches so you don’t even need to go hunting for tools to assemble. I can’t say enough about the quality of these stools. They are terrific.

Sturdy, comfortableOrdered these stools and they are exactly what I needed for newly remodeled Japanese inspired Midcentury kitchen. The bases are sturdy and the seats comfortable. Easy assembly of attaching the seat to the base with four screws. The box didn’t look great when it arrived but that was fine because the metal bases were generously and securely wrapped in protective paper to keep them from being damaged or scratched. I bought the pair to try it out and now I wish they sold them as singles.
