Terrible experience and not value for the moneyI bought 2 of these chairs after reading descriptions and making sure that the description says free returns. The chair is set at a higher level from the ground than what described. It did not work for us. It is also pretty light and moves easily and therefore not value for the money.Although the page says free returns very clearly, the seller is asking us to bear the return costs which are basically half the price of the chair. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue the seller remains uncooperative which would basically mean that we do not have the items but would have spent $300 in the process. Basically we are stuck in this predicament of keeping an item that does not work or spend an extra $300 trying to return it because the seller would not stay true to the description of the product that says free returns.I precisely do not buy furniture online with any other company for this very mistrust in their service. This type of chair would be available at other stores for less but I thought since I bought the product on Amazon I would get a product that stands true to the value for money and mainly I could trust the purchase and I would be treated fairly – sadly this has not been true at all in this case. I have always had better experience with Amazon. This is by far the absolutely worst experience I have had with any purchase I ever made.The process is ongoing however and I will update the review when I have more – hoping for better treatment

Beautiful chairs.Everything about this chair is nice. It looks and feels like an expensive chair. Sturdy, casual elegance, and can be used in any room. I bought two for my home office and couldn’t be more pleased. I only write reviews when I am extremely pleased or totally angry.

Accent ChairI loved the colors used in this woven/bamboo chair. It has a cream colored cushion that looks great in my master bedroom. It is not a chair that you “lounge” in. It’s an accent chair for a bedroom or living room that takes up a small space and is unique. Easy to put together, well packaged, fair price.

Nice looking chair with problems.I thought this chair would be great, but it has serious problems. I barely touched the arm as I walked by and it turned over causing me to fall over it. I now have either broken or badly bruised ribs. Be very careful with this chair.
