Get what you pay for, and not more.We ordered this as a replacement for the same model that we had bought 7 years ago. It lasted about 6 years and was still looking decent enough. But the past year, the “leather” had worn through to the underlying fabric in all the raised seam areas on the surface, just from regular use. We opted to buy another one to replace it, because we liked the style and the price. If this new one lasts even 4 or 5 years, we’ll be happy enough.But several things:1. Shipping. The first one came with one corner of the “leather” torn, and the legs that are stored inside under the cushion had come lose (only tied on with fabric straps) and were banging around. We returned it for a replacement, which came with a damaged box, but luckily there was only one time spot on the wood near where the leg attaches that had a ding. Not noticeable, so I didn’t bother with another exchange. The point here is…. Carefully inspect your Ottoman! The packaging job they do is not good!2. The leather. Know what you’re buying. Educate yourself about leather…. This ottoman is covered in “Bi-Cast” leather…. one of, if not THE lowest grade. Google it.3. The wood base. It is very soft wood and will dent and scratch very easily. It may also have defects in it that have been smoothed over, which can be seen in the right light.4. You get what you pay for. There’s a reason this one cost $220 and not $1200 like the one you saw at the nice furniture store in the good part of town. But… something for every budget, right? For $220 shipped to your door, ya can’t complain too much I suppose.

Simple and sturdy. Good buy.Super simple construction and is exactly as what you’d think! Both my girlfriend and I were able to be on it and nothing felt cheap.Comes with an Alan Wrench and can take just a moment to set up but other than that, just fasten the legs and you’re good.

Legs are damaged, scratched and colored in with markerThe ottoman top is in great shape, the legs however have scratches which occurred during packaging or manufacturing since the package was perfect and the scratches were colored in with a “blackish” marker.If the product wasn’t so cumbersome I would return it now I just have to hope nobody notices

It comes damaged!I ordered this ottoman the first time and the lining on the bottom of it was ripped, so I asked for a replacement. The above photo is of the second one that just arrived and the lining is completely torn away from the frame. I don’t understand what is happening! I really wanted this particular ottoman because of its perfect size and shape, but I can’t risk the inconvenience of another one arriving in this condition.

AmazingI’m in love with this ottoman. It matched my leather pillows perfectly. This couldnt have been better matched had they come together as a set. Its bigger than I thought which is great because It fits my livingroom perfectly. Its literally the size of a coffee table.

Looks nice but had issues.The ottoman came with a small tear on the side. Used black magic marker to hide the tear. The legs were difficult to install. The holes for the bolts did not align.
