One of my favorite Amazon purchases!Luv, luv, luv this tufted bench. I am even impressed down to the packaging. The legs to the bench had some minor defects, but I do not feel the average person would notice. (This is the reason I did not rate it 5 stars.) Another thing about the legs is that they were stored in the bench upon arrival. I think this is pretty ingenious, but wonder how many ppl don’t look here and think the legs are missing. Also, there are no instructions to screw the legs in, but this is very self explanatory. It took me less than ten minutes to put it together with the allen wrench provided. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Not what I orderedThe bench itself it’s not that bad. But what I received it’s not the product that I ordered. I ordered a Leather Cream bench, like the one in the photos. But instead I received a fabric greyish bench. The fabric is nice but It’s not leather and it’s not even the color I ordered.I ordered it as such to match my living room fabrics and colors and received something else. I got it shipped to a shipping company and they sent it to me in southamerica because I live here. That’s the reason I just got it and realised their mistakes and because of this (me being in south america) I cannot return it.

Quality issuesBought it for a bathroom bench. It is a beautiful design and looks great. However, had first shipment that I had to return because the holes for the Allen wrench bolts were completely misalign on one leg and so could not assemble. Was thinking about fixing it because it was a corner piece of wood underneath the bench that was placed upside down but I did not want to end up having it fall apart so sent it back to Amazon. Second bench had the issue with the legs being uneven and so click-clacks back and forth with the leg raised 1 cm off the floor. Rearranging the the legs and trying to torque the warped rectangular bench by sitting on it very hard did nothing. Decided “it is what it is” and put felt underneath 2 legs (equivalent to putting sugar packets underneath an uneven restaurant table) so it would not click-clack back and forth.
