Great SizeI’ve had this desk for 6 months and can honesty say that I still love it. It’s very sturdy and the size is perfect for needing a large work space. Putting it together was a breeze, I finished it in less than two hours. I did end up changing the handles out though, the ones they give you are quite small and that’s coming from someone with small hands. The drawer fronts are a strange construction design (third picture) screwing the drawer fronts on straight and evenly is key to having the drawers actually closed, so take your time!

Nice looking!Once the desk was assembled it looked great. It looks nice in the room that’s in and I’m very pleased. The assembly definitely needs two people, a few hours and some patience. It was reasonably priced and I’m sure a similar desk from a furniture store would be double the price.

A very sturdy and attractive piece of furniture.I love my new desk. This desk is very sturdy and heavy. I have bought and put together other pieces of furniture made by Sauder and they have always held up well. The instruction booklet is easy to follow, pieces are well labeled, predrilled holes match up good, and I didn’t have any missing pieces. I am a 66 year old female and I was able to put it together by myself. My husband did help me get the box in the house when it was delivered since it weighed 170 lbs. I am using it as a study and art work desk on my sunroom.To help get the screws in, I rubbed the pointed end of the screw over the base of a candle. This helped ease the screws in, otherwise it would have been really hard on my arthritic wrist.

Perfect!Perfect size for my living room. Very pleased with quality and look! It is a sturdy piece of furniture and a good value for the price. Assembly took about an hour and a half. Very pleased with the desk size. It fits well in my living room with the matching side tables.

Good quality desk for an everyday useI like the desk overall; the color seem more rustic on the pictures. However, it is not bad for the price. The biggest headache was putting it together.
