Good for the price.The desktop came with a small chip/tear in the laminate on the back edge (maybe a half inch chip due to shipping) and one of drawers had to be adjusted to fit right (realign all 4 of the rails), but overall, very sturdy and handsome little desk.

Sauder customer service is greatI got it to match my Suader bedroom set. While assembling, I screwed up and used the wrong screws on one part of it. They were too long and went through the desk top leaving 4 holes in it. I was so upset with myself, but I called Sauder to get a replacement part. I was willing to pay for it. Their helpline was closed because of COVID, so I went to the website. After entering all the information, including that the damage was because of improper assembly, I expected to enter my credit card info. That never popped up because the replacement was FREE. They shipped it to me FedEx. I have had to get a replacement for the front of the keyboard tray peeling finish and got that for free, too. Sauder customer service is the winning feature here.As for the desk, itself… It is great. It was small enough to fit where I needed it. I was able to run cables where they needed to go. I added a large rug style mousepad to the desktop and a large “gamer” mousepad to the keyboard tray. Also, got a drawer organizer because the top drawer is very large.

Perfect size!We were looking for a smaller desk for my dad’s small space. He’s 5’11 so we were hopeful this desk would work for him based on some of the comments of how small it was. The desk was probably one of the easiest things we have ever assembled – the instructions were clear, video for backup questions was great. The quality, color and ease of assembly made this a great choice. We took our time – it took 2 of us just under 3 hours. My dad loves it and it’s the perfect size based on his needs and he loves it.

Great desk, nightmare buildOverall the desk is exactly what I wanted. However, some of the pieces were chipped and then two hardware pieces that were sent to build the slider of the keyboard drawer were two completely different sizes. Fiancé had to buy wood to fix it because they aren’t pieces you can easily find at a hardware store.

Perfect for a kids bedroomMy 12 year old daughter and I put this together in one evening. I probably could have done it quicker alone but… It was easy to do and the instructions were simple to follow. It is the perfect size for a bedroom and it looks great.

Very easy to put together. Great quality desk!When I saw the box that the desk came in it scared me to put it together because of all the pieces that come with it. All the wooden pieces were very smooth none of them were scratched and it was packaged very well. It had all the hardware all the nails and hinges and everything needed to put the desk together the only thing not provided was the hammer and screwdriver which was no problem for me. The instructions were easy to follow with pictures and went step-by-step. The instructions were so straightforward that my 13-year-old daughter put the whole desk together and it looks great! I highly recommend buying this desk.

Looks good, but short – better for kidsLooks good. Did take a long time to put together, and we do a lot of that with our orders. Color & quality are good. Short space between the floor & the keyboard tray, thankfully I’m only 5’3″. would not recommend for anyone much taller than that. Don’t care for the keyboard “drawer” that pulls out. I work with a PC. When using the mouse, the hardware that lets you fold it down or up to look more like a drawer gets in the way. I took the front of the drawer off & took the hardware out. Not an issue if you’re using a laptop.

Not the easiest to assembleDirections are always a little tough to follow but it was easy enough to put together and seems very sturdy (at least for what my 5 yr old has put it through already) and I really like the color.
