Average Value Kind of Rickety. Overall Ho HumOverall: desk has a nice look but likely won’t last long, especially if you’re hard on furniture. It doesn’t feel very solid. Feels like if we moved it a lot it would break.We opened the box and saw a chunk taken out of a front-facing piece. The company was very easy to contact and they shipped out a new piece, which was damaged worse than the original, but thankfully the damage was facing the back so we used it. Then we discovered MORE knicks on other pieces and just bought a wood coloring pen. We didn’t want to wait an additional five days for another piece that would probably suck.Now that the desk is up, it looks good. But the middle drawer feels VERY rickety and I don’t suspect it will last a long time with how many hours we spend at the computer. On the other hand, the file cabinet drawer is a little tough to pull out.We’re replacing a 15 year old great quality desk that we finally decided to say goodbye to due to wear. Now I’m feeling the sting of buying a desk in this price range—if you want it for looks, don’t sit at it much, or plan on replacing soon, this is your desk. That was NOT what I was going for so I feel underwhelmed.

Beautiful but hard to assembleI love the desk but only gave it 4 stars because it was not easy to put together and it takes two to do it, but since assembly is only done once, don’t let that stop you!

Assembly NightmareThe product looks good, but the assembly was a nightmare. I followed the instructions but one of the pieces came without two of the holes for the hidden cams pre drilled like they were supposed to be. I had to just make due without them. Also the back on the desk doesn’t fit quite right with the surface. There’s a small gap and you can see the screws exposed. ALSO the drawers were a NIGHTMARE to install. The pencil drawer was okay, but it doesn’t open smoothly. However, the filing drawer I am completely convinced wasn’t made for the drawer track. I tried everything I could possibly think of to make the drawer go in. Eventually I just took the drawer track off and set it in the opening for the drawer. I couldn’t get the filing drawer to go in more than halfway with the track in. Disappointed because this was pretty expensive for something with so many flaws. Also took forever to arrive, and the post office seemed to have lost it for a few days.

Worth it!I love this desk! After searching for months on multiple sites for a desk, I initially found this one on Office Depot’s website. Before purchasing, I checked Amazon and found the same desk for less! The two day shipping was much faster than the 5-7 business days that Office Depot offered. This desk came in many pieces, so be prepared to spend at least an hr putting this together (Mr. Build it Hubby for the win). Everything needs to be lined up just right or the drawers won’t go in right. It’s very sturdy and I love the design.

Looks so good once it’s assembled.Very nice desk all on all. The pencil drawer is let’s say a challenge. This is not a one person project. Finished it’s great. Nice work area. File drawer to keep yourself organized. Sturdy too.

NopeAll things no. It’s hard to assemble and not great quality. The stuff doesn’t fit right and the sldrawers are not smooth at all. Waste. Of. Money.

Attractive, sturdy and functional deskAssembly was a negative process, would never have thought it would have encompassed so much. The simulated wood/particle board was easy to scratch and at one point a part chipped off, luckily it was on area that would not be seen. Not my favorite.

Great ValueTook me about 4 hours to put together. Walnut color is true to the photos. Came in pristine condition. Large enough for a laptop, large computer monitor, keyboard, mouse and mousepad. Great size for a smaller room.
