Great buy!All good. It’s a real mattress so it’s actually very heavy even if it comes in a box. So you may need help to carry the box. That’s not a negative it’s just how it is.

Too FirmIf you like a firm mattress this is for you. I need more of an in between one. Customer Service was great as soon as I contacted them about returning the matresss.

GreatGreat bed! Little skeptical at first but after sleeping in it, I love it. Had a dream cloud $800 mattress, but this one feels better. Pillow top is soft but the springs are firm enough to support. A big difference from the linespa cheap mattress I also bought which was hollow.Very satisfied!

Not sorry I purchased a mattress online!My husband thought I was crazy buying a mattress for our guest room, sight unseen. Well, I hate to brag, but I was right! Great mattress, so comfortable. I’m a side/back sleeper, tried it out and slept like a baby. An FYI-It can’t be put on a regular box spring. It needs a box spring suited for this mattress. Both reasonably priced. Delivered to my door, no assembly! PERFECT!

Not as comfortable as advertisedThe matress is much firmer than a rated “6” …. it also make alot of noise when laying down or getting up off of the matress. ( spring noise). As for pain relief… I see no difference from my 8 yr old matress. On a positive note… the cost is very reasonable but now I know why.
