Great roomy and comfy chairI am on my 5th chair (no joke) since working from home. I have a job that has me sitting sometimes for HOURS 6 days a week. I was not expecting much due to the number of chairs we tried but I have to say I FINALLY found a chair that not only is roomy it’s so incredibly comfortable. You can sit back and relax after a meeting and the back lumbar is perfect. The headrest too. I love to sit in it during meetings to just relax especially when you’re just sitting in those “having a meeting to have a meeting to hear other people talk” lol it’s heat roomy seat is also great for larger people and smaller. Height adjustment is great and easy. Arms are comfy and soft too.The assembly was SUPER EASY. I did it myself and within ten min. Looks big in the box but instructions are simple and the pats are sturdy.Highly recommend

The box was reused so someone must not have checked it.” I called the number on the bottom of the seat and all of the missing parts were sent to me. The chair is great in that it is taller and my feet do not touch the ground. (I am 6’3″.)

A good chair for the price – After two days!Some folks buy a 200 dollar chair and expect a Herman Miller. Well those folks will be disappointed. I received mine a few days ago and found it fairly easy to assemble. The fit and finish is quite good and everything works like it’s supposed to. The dimensions are as described: I’m 6’1″ and weigh 270 pounds. The back and head rest are very good but the seat could use more padding for a chair advertised as Big and Tall. Casters roll freely and smoothly (so far) and the adjustments also do what they’re supposed to (so far) if in a year they still do I’ll elevate my ratings. For the money I don’t expect this to last much longer than 5 years – But then I’m ok with that if it gives me good five years.

So I have only had this chair for close to 2 weeks.. if my opinion changes I’ll update this later.My review:First, the chair was delivered to my door in original packaging. Not unusual for items like this but good to know for anyone purchasing as a gift. Upon opening the box, the chair seemed to be packaged well with padding, etc in place. I then took all items out and did not see the instructions at first. If you cannot find them, consider taking the plastic wrapping off the chair cushions as this is where mine was hidden. The assembly was pretty simple and took about 45 minutes to complete. I completely everything alone except at the very end I needed help for lining the chair back up so I could tighten the last screw in the proper area. Make sure you leave all the screws in the chair arms semi loose until the chair back is screwed into both sides with the top and bottom screws.As far as quality goes, it’s a pretty nice chair. My disappointment here was the stitching, a few marks on the leather, a handful of dings on the arms of the chairs, and the black insert that covers the screws was poorly cut and does not look great. I was also not impressed with how the screw covers do not sit flat in place and pop out of random areas. The video will show what I mean.This chair sits a bit higher, it’s just high enough at top height to work for my drafting table I previously purchased on Amazon. I am a petite person that’s a bit overweight.. weighing around 220lbs. I fit comfortable in the chair and have a couple inches of space on side of me when I sit in the chair, which I prefer.If you’re looking for a nice chair that has a high back, can seat a larger person, and can sit up a bit higher than your typical office chair I would consider this chair.

Better than anticipatedChair arrived on time in good enough shape. Was packaged well and complete with a few extra screws included and labeled as extra. Assembly took just a little bit and was not difficult in any way. I’m a big and tall guy, this chair is great. Comfortable, stable and looks nice. I build, work on and game on computers so I need a chair that isn’t going to start causing fatigue or discomfort after longer use. I’d recommend this chair to anyone who needs a roomy, soft and well-made chair.

Chair shopping is frustrating, this is a good chairPrelude:I’m a college student who got their first desk chair buying a room full of furniture from the last tenant of my house for a couple hundred bucks. I loved my chair cause I could sit criss-cross applesauce and lean back so far that I could sleep periodically while pulling all nighters. It had no butt support (I had a pillow and blanket layered under me) and the entire thing was basically held together with packing tape, but we spent many a night together and I appreciated it beyond rational thought. The final straw tho was when I was napping and one of the legs snapped, almost landing my head on the corner of my bookshelf. Even then, I loved this chair so much that I taped a tide pod box to the broken leg and kept it for another 8 months, playing russian roulette every time I leaned back, rolling the dice if I would fall over or not. After finally acquiring a student job I decided it was time for my Tide Pod Box Chair to go to the big office max in the sky. I tell you the legacy of TPBC to emphasize how reluctant I was to get a new chair, and how picky I was at selecting it. I searched for days before finally ordering this one out of defeat.Review:It seems that every frickin chair in the world has contradicting reviews online. One review says it’s comfy, tall, and has great support, another says that this chair kicked their dog and embezzled money from their savings account. I’m here to assure you that this chair is a good chair. It came in 2 days with prime shipping, and took me under a half hour to assemble. My poor butt had no idea what support felt like until I sat in this desk chair.I am a lanky 6’5″ basketball center with legs for days, and while I can’t sit completely criss-cross applesauce like TPBC provided due to this chair’s arms, I can twist my ridiculously long body into many comfortable positions with how wide the seat is. I don’t think it would provide a comfortable amount of wiggle room for any of my heavier set friends out there, but my needs are met. The top of my head does go a couple inches above the back of the chair when it’s straight up, but leaning back provides the perfect angle for me to tilt my head back and rest. The legs on this thing are sturdy. I am greatly enjoying leaning as far back as I please without the neverending threat of potential death looming over me, and I think after a good bit of use it will lean back as far as I’d like. The lowest setting is a little high for my semi-low desk, but my criss-crossed legs still fit under comfortably.Appearance-wise this baby looks just like the picture. The cushions provide good back/spine alignment and while I was concerned that the cushy pad at the front of the seat would be annoying its not at all, it actually provides more support and prevents me from tipping forward. The twisty thing that sets how easily you can lean back does its job perfectly, as does the height adjustment.If you’re not looking to spend a bajillion dollars on an executive chair with the most confusing reviews in the world and you don’t have the ability to go find a chair you can test in a store cause your tuition keeps you tap dancing the poverty line, this is a really. great. chair.

Birthday gift to my husband!This was a birthday gift for my husband and he loved it. Can’t stop talking about what a great gift this was, how comfortable it is etc. I put it together by myself, though 2 people assembly was suggested. Not going to say it was easy, because it wasn’t for me. I am a 68 year old lady btw. I took all of the pieces out of the box and carried upstairs one by one to my husband’s office and assembled in place. If you are used to working alone, then you have your ways of doing things, as I do. great purchase. I was never worried about comfort with a name like Serta.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this chair especially for Big and Tall People!We’ve used this chair for over one year. My husband weighs 330 lbs and he’s 6’5″. He loves this chair. Recently the air cylinder gave out. I called True Innovations and found out that the mechanical parts of this chair are under warranty for 10 years! All I had to do was fill out a form and email my Amazon receipt. The parts are on their way. They even emailed instructions on how to remove the broken cylinder and replace the new one. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this chair especially for Big and Tall People!

SturdyI fidget a ton and thus I tend to break weaker office chairs.This one is holding together well and was easy to put together. No complaints thus far.
