Damaged upon delivery x2The first piece I ordered arrived with a large chunk out of the corner. I ordered a replacement, which arrived with a small sliver missing from the corner of one of the drawers. I decided to keep it and use a touch up pen for wood furniture. It is not noticeable, unless you know it’s there. In summary, based on my experience and what I’ve read in a lot of these reviews, the company really needs to step up their packing game. I really like the piece itself, but it was a lot of hassle.

A surprise endingI found this sideboard on a furniture store website. It was more expensive, $120 for shipping, and couldn’t be delivered for 4 months. Imagine my surprise when I found the exact same piece on amazon with free prime delivery. Two days later and I am in love with this piece.The best part has to be the velvet lined drawers. They were a very nice surprise!

Never again would I buy from this companyThis buffet arrived with a huge chunk of wood missing from a corner and poorly packaged. I ordered two pieces of furniture from the same manufacturer (Ashley), and the other piece, a console table, arrived similarly damaged. Five hundred dollars for junk that should go on the burn pile.
