Love these tablesEasy to assemble, these tables were exactly what I was looking for. There is plenty of space behind the hinged top for a lamp to rest, without having to move the lamp to open the hinged top. I love that I can thread the lamp cord under the table and through the port to plug it in, so that my lamp cords aren’t hanging on the floor (a plus when you have a robot vacuum).The tables are beautiful – actually, even more so than the pictures represent. There’s plenty of space inside the hinged top for remote controls, usb cords, even my laptop. The shelf on the bottom is a terrific feature as well – I love multi-functional furniture.Couple things to note insofar as “cons”. One of my tables is damaged, but it’s on a back corner, so I’m just dealing with it rather than wait for it to be reshipped. There are also a couple of dings in places, but a furniture pen fixed those right up. I suspect this is the price to pay for burning furniture online.Second “con”. I first bought these tables during Prime Days and thought they were a good deal….until the price dropped over $50/table the next day. Amazon couldn’t help me get a price adjustment, and the seller refused, so I ended up cancelling the tables and re-buying them. That seemed a bit ridiculous to me, but it worked out well.Overall, I’m super happy. I only reduced them by one star because of the slight damage to one unit.

REALLY NICE END TABLEI bought four of these Gately end tables, and they took longer to unbox than they did to assemble! The packaging was excellent and it makes sure that your tables will arrive without damage. I have been in the furniture industry for over 25 years and these tables are really nice for the price. Beautiful finish and the lift top hinge feels sturdy and it securely holds the top up to prevent it from slamming shut….nice touch.! I’m really happy with my purchase!! A really nice, smart designWe already had two of these tables in our living room – love the convenience of the outlets and plenty of space for storing your devices – laptops, phones, tablets – while they’re charging. Finish is nice and its a solid piece, so when our son expressed a desire for one of these, we couldn’t find it locally anymore, but lucked out finding it on Amazon. It’s a great price on here (we qualified for free delivery); you’ll pay a lot more on other sites for the exact same table. There was some assembly required, but it only took us about 5 minutes. I won’t give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons – the top portion of the table that lifts up to allow access is a lot of lost real estate on this table, there’s only a narrow strip of table top at the back (maybe 4 inches or so) to rest a lamp or other things you don’t want to move all the time to access your devices; and it can nick easily, showing white areas around the edges and corners. They’re easily touched up with furniture pens, but I feel I’m doing this every couple of months (admittedly, we tend to be hard on our furniture). All in all, its a great design for those who like to have their devices handy in their living areas, but don’t want to leave them out all the time, or have cords winding all over the place.

Looks good and it is SolidVery nice, Looks good and it is Solid. Darker stain than the photo. Good size drawer and the flip-lid with built in power outlets is helpful. there is room underneath to add more equipment if needed. You don’t want to go under the flip lid too much because it is a pain to take stuff off the top to lift the lid. However, there is a hole under the lid to snake your charger cords out to where ever needed. To be fair this is not a hand rubbed piece of heirloom furniture, the dark stain is brushed on, fit and finish is good, and a great deal for the price. No problem at all being in our Living Room.The unit ships in one big box, 8 bolts with a tool, 4 legs, a top and a bottom section. Upside down it is easy to assemble. Even though it was packed extremely well, FedEx ground managed to puncture a hole in the box in the center of one side and put a nick on the topside of the bottom unit. There was a big sticker on the box with an 800 number to call. Rather than going on-line to Amazon, I called the number. The person I spoke to “Gray” was very helpful. I emailed him a photo, he ordered a replacement bottom section. Three weeks from first order to receiving the first shipment to finding the damage to receiving the replacement piece. Could not be more satisfied.

I like it!Very functional and well built. I had an issue with shipping, they dropped it and damaged a corner but they quickly shipped another one in a couple of days and picked up the other one. I am very happy with the table and the whole experience. Very easy assembly BTW, it goes up in 10 minutes.

Love the table, be careful of delivery processHigh quality product, VERY solidly built. Flip top is great, and it has a powerstrip inside (I don’t use that too much as it requires the flip top to stay open). Shipment was very well packed so no damage would occur. I am very pleased with this side table. The color in the photo doesn’t do it justice, it is a nice rich brown with beautiful wood grain.The only issue I had with this was delivery. It wasn’t clear in the checkout process that there would be an extra delivery charge, and that basic delivery only covers taking it to your front door. If you live in a condo or apartment building, it is an extra charge to bring it to your unit. They said it could be as much as $150, but it turned out to be about $90 (for the side table and a coffee table). The delivery guy when he delivered it also had the wrong instructions (to only deliver to building), so we had to straighten that out.It’s important to get the right delivery — the packing is so well done that this is a bit bulky, and the high quality product makes it heavy. Definitely not for one person without a heavy duty trolley!

Stripped screws, called Amazon and had the issue resolved!I bought this to go with the Ashley coffee table and a sofa table. I really like the appearance. Worked fine for a few months. The hinged top became difficult to open. Contacted Ashley, who told me to contact Amazon. Amazon took care of the issue immediately. Thank You!

so beautiful!!!!This table is absolutely beautiful. I ordered 2 of them. They came very well packed, double boxed. Of course the first one we opened didn’t have the instructions, so we put it together by looking at the picture. You only had to put on the legs and know for the drawer. We started by placing the legs on the bottom first and the top just slide right in. The second box had the instructions and yup they did it the opposite way. Our way was fast, about 30 minutes to unpack and put together. Also we ordered the matching lift top coffee table, I can’t wait to get that.They are larger than I thought so if you have a small space I would measure first. Once we get the room all together I will add a pic .
