Good for the price for the space, but build quality isn’t the best. This is a good desk, not great, but good.I work from home as many do now, so I had some specific needs for my work area, but this work area is also my recreational area once work is complete (I work from an apartment).~~~~ My Needs ~~~~Space for a work laptop.Space for a dock for my personal laptop.A work surface suitable to mount a monitor arm.Room for a bluetooth keyboard + mouse.Foot space to kick my feet out to think. This desk delivers great on 4 out of 5 of those needs, the exception being the foot space. I’ve had it for a little over a month now, and it’s serves very well as a remote work surface. I always have my work laptop open alongside my personal laptop to take notes and never have a problem with spacing them next to each other. Having my monitor mounted on the arm also frees up a lot of space that would be taken by a monitor stand (for a 32″ 4K monitor), but even with the stand, I’m very comfortable saying that I’d have no problem having space for it and everything else.My bluetooth mouse + keyboard go on the pullout keyboard tray, which also frees the space I need for a keyboard + mouse on the main surface. I’ve tried typing and navigating with the mouse and keyboard on that area, but unless you’re tall or have a high chair, I’ve found the sliding tray moves too much to my liking to reliably navigate my personal laptop because my arms rest on the surface when the keyboard + mouse is further back on the tray. If it’s further forward, my arms are hovering in the air which feels odd and uncomfortable for me, but that may just be personal preference. I’ve also tried sliding the whole tray forward, but then I’m sitting ~ 1.5 feet away from my monitor, and the distance between myself and the desk just feels weird, again, another potential personal preference. My solution to all this was to simply take the keyboard + mouse out of the tray and place it on the main desk area with my personal laptop docked to my monitor, and voila, perfect setup. Pending your setup, this could be a wonderfully convenient and functional solution for yourself. Finally, the desk has that weird lower stabilizing arm that runs the center of the desk between the two sets of legs of the desk. It’s something I thought about when looking at purchasing this desk because I know I like to kick my feet out to think about things while at work or otherwise. It’s such a minor thing that it’s the epitome of pettiness to be bothered by it, but alas the bother remains, though I’ve dealt with it given how perfect the desk is at everything else I needed it for. I’ve found placing a storage box just behind the bar that is higher than it is a great workaround to it, so I kick my feet up on it and I have essentially resolved the one issue I had with the desk. If you’re not willing to do this, that minor annoyance may be reason enough to avoid the desk (though I’d wager the minor fix is good enough). The last thing I’ll say is that while the desk is good at the things I needed it for, the build quality revealed itself to me after a very short amount of time. That is, one side of the desk has a plank of wood splitting from whatever it was attached to. This is a minor split and isn’t likely to hinder my use of the desk, but after seeing some handcrafted Amish desks in my area (starting at ~$1000), the difference in build quality is absolutely staggering, so seeing that cracked board really reflects the “You get what you pay for” sentiment. That said, I didn’t want to spend ~1000 on a desk, but if this desk doesn’t last as long as I’d like, that may be what I need to do.I hope this helps you out! And thanks for reading my thoughts!

Darker than I expected, but otherwise very nice.I thought it would be more gray, but it’s darker than I expected. It’s a very nice desk. I’m happy with the purchase.

Sturdy Desk, Poor Quality ControlMake sure you have a second pair of hands to move the desk up or down stairs, this thing is heavy (in a good way)! Desk itself was easy to assemble and completed by myself in only about 30 minutes. Instructions included were easy to follow.I am only knocking it as the black table top can damaged/scratched and it is noticeable. The packaging itself was well and intact, so it may be a cosmetic defect from the factory. When trying to get a refund or replacement, I was told to send it back.Knocking some stars because I wasn’t given the option for replacement as most places offer unless I shipped back this 60 pound desk that was already assembled and the box destroyed (you can’t see the table top without ruining the package).Of note, this desk is PLAIN black – it does not have any wood grain as you would find on IKEA furniture.

Overall good table, could ve sturdierGreat table for the price and being actual wood instead of particle board. Could be more sturdy. Wobbles a bit.

Thrilled with this purchaseLove this desk! Beautiful! Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Great value!Just don’t expect the same quality with the other matching pieces, specifically the TV Cabinet and the end tables.

Love the desk!Got this for my son who is spending his Sr year locked in the house. The desk is big enough and sturdy enough for multiple monitors. And it looks great. It’s also really easy to assemble. I made my son to it.

LooksLove the way this looks but since I put it together one day ago multiple scratches have appeared all over and they are deep scratches, I haven’t even placed my monitors on it yet. The “wood” should not be that easy to scratch considering the price of this desk.
