Ridiculously Good Deal!I very rarely write a review, but if you are considering this and undecided, I say go ahead and buy it. I found one other listing elsewhere on the Internet for a lower price, but it did not include shipping and I was not familiar with the company as far as any problems that I could count on being covered by Amazon Prime. I assembled myself with a friend, and it was easy. One drawer did not close fully without scraping and I simply filed away some of the wood for it to close smoothly. At this low price, I am not complaining about that minor issue. It is perfect for my home, and I love it. At checkout, there are offers to pay a small fee to deliver inside instead of dropping it off outside, as well as a very reasonable price to pay for assembly.

Adequate but not greatNot a quality product with many defects (scratches) but sturdy enough and since we have several small grandchildren we figured they would scratch it over time anyway. If you’re looking for a smooth finish with minimal defects this is not for you. If you’re looking for rustic then this works.

Two Orders: Pieces had scratches and had split (and been filled in). Poor quality. Do not recommend.I really wanted this table to work out because I liked the style and look, but unfortunately, both our original order and replacement had issues.The Original: It wasn’t too hard to assemble, but when we got to the drawers, several of the pieces had cracks where the wood had split (several inches long) at the holes that had been drilled into the wood. It looked like someone tried to fill some of them in with wood fill. Other pieces had dents/scratches in the wood. I wrote the company about it, and they said they’d send me a replacement for the 4 pieces that were damaged. It took over a week to get them (they literally moved one state per day all the way from the west coast to the east coast), and when we did–they didn’t send 4 pieces, and the ones they sent didn’t fit the drawer bottom (the slit to slide the drawer bottom into was too small)! I called about this, and they said they’d have to investigate–that took several days and calls on my part just to be told the pieces they sent were correct and we’d have to send it back for a replacement. We sent it back.Replacement from Amazon: For starters, the drawer pieces in this were the same as we had with the original–meaning the replacement parts the company sent previously were 100% not right for our table. This table also had scratches–including on the tabletop! It looked like some (but not all) scratches had again been filled with wood fill. I’m sure there were other issues, but this was such a distressing experience that I blocked out most of it at this point. We didn’t even try to assemble it–inspected all the pieces first, saw the issues, and back out to Amazon it went. What a waste of time and effort.This table is very similar (identical) to one sold under other names and brands at many other retailers–I debated trying one of them, but this experience was so off putting, I didn’t want to try a third table. Yes, I’m aware this is a relatively inexpensive table, but you’d at least expect that the pieces wouldn’t have been doctored to make them look like they were okay and that replacement pieces would be correct. I personally wouldn’t want to have a table in my home that had scratches on the surface and wood fill in places, but if you’re interested in a table that does the job of being a coffee table for maybe 3-5 years max and has a nice overall appearance (though likely susceptible to your own normal wear and tear), then maybe this is right for you. If you care about quality and want a table that is in good shape/quality for more than ~4 years, I’d shy away. Good table for a first apartment for someone just out of college or a young professional if you’re okay with the fact that there are likely to be many flaws in the wood.I ended up purchasing a Pottery Barn coffee table instead–obviously, it cost three and a half times as much because they have their flat rate delivery–but at least I can trust that the table will be in pristine condition when it arrives (and good customer service to fix issues correctly) and excellent quality and durability for years to come.

Best Coffee Table Ever!This coffee table is superior to others I’ve owned that were assemble yourself! It was so easy to put together and I did it all myself in about an hour… senior disabled person! All of the instructions were very clear and the pictures were accurate. Each piece was labeled front so there was no chance of putting it together wrong. The cams came with plastic sleeves on them so you didn’t hurt your fingers screwing them in, and the locks went on with ease and tightened perfectly. This table is sturdy and durable. The wood was solid pine as described on the Amazon page, and the gray wash is just enough to make the piece interesting and rustic. The knobs that came with it were described as antique brass, which they were almost pewter colored which I much preferred to brass. They even made the bottom accessible so that you can even change or tighten the back decorative knobs if you need or want to. I like that they designed the back to mimic the front, since that is seen by the people sitting on the couch… great example of what attention to detail is included in the design of this table. The shelf in the middle is only about 4 inches so you can’t really use it for much other than magazine of book storage, but that too is ok with me as I have a great many HGTV magazines! The drawers are very wide, but only about 4 inches deep, so I think they are great for storing remotes, but I’m not sure how else you would use them unless you stored dvd’s or cd’s laying down. All in all this is the best piece of DIY furniture I have ever owned, and intend to buy the matching pieces as I can afford them. I got this on sale for $174, and to me it’s the best bargain on Amazon I’ve purchased so far, and I’ve been shopping here since 2000. I have included a phot, just remember I replaced the knobs that came with it. HIGEST recommendation!!

It’s just like good quality Ashley FurnitureMy husband assembled this piece of furniture and it turned out perfect! The quality is NOT like a flimsy piece of partical board furniture. It’s more like of a better quality Ashley Furniture or better. This is SOLID! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Beautiful coffee table….with one caveat….I bought this table 3 months ago….as I needed a new coffee table with more storage…and one that was beautiful! This lovely coffee table fit the bill. Husband said it was pretty easy to assemble….which is good! And the look and storage of this table are great! But….as some others have mentioned…it is a SOFT wood….so one must be very careful….not to slide items on this table…and definitely…not WRITE anything using this table….unless a pad, etc. is underneath! This table is very easily scratched…. But all in all….it looks beautiful…and it is a good piece of furniture!

Nice looking piece but not very durableReally like the look of this coffee table. It comes with two drawers and 4 nobs. You would use the extra nobs on the other side of the table to mimic the same look on both sides. If the color is important to you, you might be disappointed because mine came in a lot lighter than what it looks on the posting (see attached pic). It looks like a walnut finish rather than a distressed-grey. You should definitely look at it from different devices to be sure. As for durability, the made materials look like a combination of soft MDFs and pine (??) It is definitely not scratch resistant. So be warned, do not try to over-tighten any screws.
