   Easy to assemble but a few issues with the structure of the chairUPDATE: I have spoken with the very helpful customer service and they are sending me a new chair free of charge. At this time I am bumping it up to 4 stars as I wait for the new chair because of how quick they responded and their willingness to help.I usually don’t write reviews but this was a large purchase for me. So I’ve had the chair for about two weeks now. It’s fairly comfortable for the most part. Was easy to assemble but the tool provided is terrible. I had to bring out my own tools to make sure everything was tightened properly.The chair itself, while fairly comfortable, does have a few flaws. The leg rest extension could be a bit longer. The seats could also be wider as well. I’m a fairly slim person and I almost feel squished by the sides of the chair.As seen in the photo, within the two weeks I’ve had this chair the back foam ripped through on the left side and the metal bar used for the frame. When I first opened the back the bar was on the other side of the foam by about a half inch meaning my back has been resting on this bar for some time with zero padding.I would really like to give this more than 3 stars but to have such an essential and integral part of a chair rip through in just a couple weeks of owning the product I can’t see myself giving it more.

   Not comfortable, will NOT tilt, difficult assembly***** UPDATE *****This is an update to my original review:I contacted the seller. They are VERY professional and understanding. They are shipping me a new chair at no cost and do not want me to ship back this chair. They said that they are very willing to address my concerns and try to improve the product that they are selling. I am awaiting the new chair to see how that goes and if it works as advertised. If it does not, I will again update my review. If it does then I will say nothing further. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision about purchasing such a chair.*************************First off, the directions are not very clear when assembling and the pictures/diagrams are so tiny that I had to use my phone to enlarge the photos so I could see what they meant. I am getting older and tiny diagrams no longer work. They should keep this in mind, that not everyone can see tiny diagrams and text. I have put many chairs together and I think that my experience in chair assembly the only thing that helped me. None of the parts were labeled, except for the screw package. And, in the directions it explicitly said that the arms were labeled (they were not), so they know the other parts are not labeled. If I had never put a chair together, I think I would have been lost.Next, there was a side support bracket that was not made very well and was bent, I had to get someone with super-human strength to help bend it into place to get the screws in.Good things about the chair — I am a big girl and this chair fits me just fine. The pillows and straps are a nice feature and the support pillow for the small of the back is great. The multi-directional arm rests are nice (not too sure about the plastic however, a soft arm rest cover would be great).I put my own wheels on because the plastic ones do not look sturdy. I have been a fan of the roller-skate wheels for chairs for a long time now and got another set and installed them.After getting it all together, I sat in it and I thought, not bad. I sit at the computer for 8 to 10 hours/day. I need something that will support my buttocks, back, and legs. But after only an hour, it feels like I am sitting on a piece of wood. The foam just shrinks down and there is absolutely no support for the buttocks.The recline function works fine now but I am on the lookout for problems that other people posted about this chair.The tilt/rocking function does NOT work. I turned the tension knob all the way down to the lowest tension (the knob appears to not be working) and pulled out the control handle all the way out and it still will NOT tilt AT ALL! NOPE! Spend nearly $300 on a chair and spend a considerable amount of time assembling it just to find out that a function of the chair does not work. What am I supposed to do now, disassemble it and ship it back? This is so frustrating! I have NOT yet contacted support for the chair to see what they say about the tilt/rocking function. I will update this review once I do contact them and hear back from them.What I can say is that if you are willing for fork about about $300 (US dollars) for a chair, spend a little more. In my opinion, this chair is worth only about $200 at MOST. (I got a Prime day deal and spent just a little less than $300 for it with taxes…)

   A company that aims to please!Received the chair quickly. Assembly was very straightforward and simple. Initially the chair was very comfortable, but after about 2 weeks the seat cushion had flattened and wouldn’t recover (fluff back up). I’m 5’8″ about 160lbs, so no reason for the cushion to break down that fast. The left armrest’s twisting adjustment stripped out and the whole arm pad would just spin around freely.I contacted the seller/company and they responded in less than 24hrs. They offered me a completely different chair at no cost or the option to wait for a new supply of armrest’s and upgraded seat cushions to arrive at their warehouse. I opted to wait for the new armrest and upgraded seat cushion. The CSR Kylie was very helpful and polite. She informed me that the items wouldn’t arrive at their warehouse for another 6 weeks. I told her that was fine and had no problem waiting as I really liked the chair and didn’t want to switch. During the 6 week wait Kylie maintained contact with me just to let me know she hadn’t forgotten about me and gave me status updates. After about 7 weeks the parts arrived on my door step and I installed the upgraded seat cushion and new armrest. I instantly noticed the difference in the upgraded cushion. It was much more supportive, as I rocked side to side the elasticity of the upgraded cushion made it feel like I was sitting on a soft cushion of air. Now 3 months later the new cushion is still super comfortable and every time I sit down it feels just like it did the first time I sat on the new cushion. No flat spots or residual butt imprints. The new upgraded cushion is also double stitched where as the original was only single stitched. Overall the chair is holding up well, no creaking/squeaking when moving around in it, and showing no signs of wear at this point. I’m extremely satisfied with the chair so far, and their customer service is top notch👍🏽 Highly recommend!! First pic is the chair with the original cushion, 2nd pic is the chair condition with the new cushion as of Aug 24th 2022, and 3rd pic is a close up of the new cushion.

   Seduta confortevole, regolazioni agevoli.Montaggio piuttosto agevole. L’ho presa perché sui intonava con alcune pareti dello studio, toglierei quella sorta di rosa sullo schienale scambiandola con il logo triangolare degli altri modelli però. Per il resto ero indeciso tra questa sullo rosa e quella tutta grigia (che però essendo di tessuto poroso si riesce a pulire meno facilmente, inoltre questa ravviva un po’ di più l’ambiente, avendo già alle poltrone elettriche nere). In realtà cercavi una sedia bianca, per cui l’ho adattata cibo alcune modifiche per renderla meno bambinesca: ho tolto dalle ruote i cerchioncini rosa, così adesso sono tutte nere con uno snodo argentato; ho tolto dalle ragno le plastiche rosa, così è tutto bianco; ho tolto le imbottiture dei braccioli, così sono tutti bianchi. Quando mi siedo si vedono quasi esclusivamente pari bianche. Essendo lo studio un monolocale mi serviva una sedia compatta e questa si è rivelata adeguata, però per le persone abbondanti difficilmente potrà rivelarsi comoda, potrebbe rivelarsi piuttosto stretta sia nella seduta che nello schienale… Nel mio caso l’ho scelta proprio per le misure ed è risultata perfetta, in qualche modo quando risulta anche ergonomica, i bordi dello schienale però sono piuttosto rigidi quindi non consentono sbragamenti esagerati, però basta stare composti e si può stare seduti anche a lungo. La seduta è sufficientemente morbida, molto più di una sedia che avevo precedentemente, tuttavia si può anche utilizzare ulteriori cuscini. Simpatica la regolazione a leva dell’inclinazione dello schienale che non costringe a piegarsi sotto la sedia (come la precedente che avevo), inoltre una delle poche sedute che consente l’inclinazione sdraiata a 180°. Buone anche le regolazioni dei braccioli, anche laterali, tuttavia non seguono l’inclinazione dello schienale e quindi possibile risultare scomodi quando ci si sdraia (rispetto ai braccioli di altre poltrone che sono collegati a seduta e schienale e con lo snodo si spostano, ma che tuttavia non si regolano in altezza e poi risulta impossibile mettere la sedia sotto certe scrivanie).

   Für den Preis ist die Qualität sehr schlecht!Wie man sieht, kann man die Gaming Stühle ab 130€ bereits kaufen. Nach langer Recherche, habe ich das Produkt für 280€ gefunden und dachte, dass es besser wäre. Ich fühle mich total verarscht, ich dachte das kann nicht sein. Für 280€ und so sclecht… Ehrlich??? Das liefert ihr mir aus? Der Kunstleder ist sehr schlecht. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass keine 3 Monate halten wird! Die Mechanismus ist für den Preissegment viel zu billig! Direkt zurück ohne jegliche Diskussion.

   Wackelig Total Schrott. Jede Verbindung ist wackelig. Auch den hinteren Rückenstütze ist nicht fest (habe mehrmals die Schrauben fixiert) sehr billiges Zeug ,verkauft an den Preis eines professionellen Stuhls. Stoffmaterialen sind nicht schlecht aber die Nutzung ist unmöglich. Liegefunktion ist ggf gut. Die Kissen bleiben nie in Position(ist wahrscheinlich ein Problem von alle diese Stühlen)

   Preis Leistung Topabsolut bequem. Bin sehr begeistert von dem Stuhl.Super fürs homeoffice und längeres Gaming!Der Aufbau des Stuhls ist simpel und geht auch alleine sehr schnell. Die Qualität des Stoffes und der Nähte ist einwandfrei.Der Stuhl ist schick . Besonders der Stoff fühlt sich super an. Ich werde ihn weiter empfhlen .
