Very FirmThis bed is much firmer, hard :-), than I expected and I did anticipate is being firm because it is an orthopedic one. However, it is nicely made and the edges have support. I’ve ordered a mattress topper to soften it up a bit. It has a nice design on the mattress itself, and the box springs edge covers match. If you don’t have back problems, I would suggest getting the one they have with the euro top. I recommend and would buy again from this company. And kudos to the delivery team! Thanks guys!Update:Well good news! It has soften up two days after I wrote my review, but now I’ve already ordered the mattress topper lol.

Nice and firmThis mattress and box spring are great. Very spacious and firm. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because I’ve only had for a few weeks.

VERY VERY FirmI wanted a firm mattress but this one is VERY firm. I have ordered a topper to try and soften it up some. My only other complaint is that I have had this mattress about 2 weeks and there is already a dent where I sleep. Thankfully this mattress can be flipped so the dent should be controllable but I was surprised that it happened so quickly. I am going to keep this mattress and give it a fair shot and hope for the best.

Best night sleep ever!!!’Nice, firm and well made.. no alteration was needed, only reason it got 4 stars was because the boxspring and mattress are completely different, but sheets and bedskirt fixed that…pic ture #1 is what I ordered, picture #2 was what i received..Overall im happy.

Very Firm MattressThis is a very tall, firm mattress. Quality of construction is good over all. Delivery was good. I’ll revisit in a couple months to see how well it feels. To date we are satisfied.

Best Mattress EverThis is the best mattress my husband and I have ever slept on. We are both going on 70, and I believe it will be the last mattress we buy. It is very well made and very comfortable.

Happily surprised!Great quality, nice and firm mattress. We had guests over July 4th and they were completely comfortable and slept very well. I’d would definitely order the king when my mattress needs replacing. This is a good purchase for the price.

Not as pictured or described!!The website specifies that the Spring Solution 14″ mattress and box springs have a “Heavy damask fabric class B” and is pictured with a cream colored quilted diamond-pattern fabric on the top of the mattress and on the sides of both the mattress and box springs. The fabric on the TOP and BOTTOM of the MATTRESS we received was WHITE, LOOSE-KNITTED NYLON with a CIRCULAR quilted pattern. The SIDES of both the mattress and the box springs were a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MATERIAL (sturdier, but definitely not heavy damask), a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR (brownish-gray) and a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT QUILT PATTERN (diamond pattern).It remains to be seen how well it sleeps and how long it lasts.

FIRM!!!I wanted a firm mattress and this one is certainly that. It has taken getting used to. But my hips and back are improved after only a few weeks. My old mattress was too soft and was wrecking my back and joints. Firm is better.
