Not really what I wanted, but……….I purchased this mirror so my family would have a full-length mirror that was unbreakable (excitable dog, who just wants to play with the dog in the mirror, and would constantly knock it over). I realized going into this that “unbreakable mirror quality” was NOT going to be “regular mirror quality” (that’s o.k., my family just really needed to see what their bottom halves looked like before they stepped out in public!), but what I got is just sort of weird. The actual reflection quality is excellent, however, the mirror seems to add about 5 inches in height, and take off 50 lbs.! Now I know this sounds like some sort of fabulous miracle mirror, I mean, who doesn’t want to instantly lose 50 lbs., and gain 5 inches in height, but what ends up happening is while you look really good in this mirror, you aren’t getting a very realistic look at how you look before you go out into the world! I know I could get all philosophical on how this mirror could be a great self-esteem booster, etc., etc.,etc., but overall, it did not meet my needs that I purchased it for. I have only used it in the upright position, as the horizontal position would not meet my needs. The assembly is extremely easy, basically just attaching the stand.

check for scratchesI really like this mirror but I’m slightly afraid of the design. For babies on belly looking in the mirror, the position of the leg points a corner right at their head/eye height. I’d recommend to keep a close eye on kiddos…especially babies who don’t have the greatest head control.Also, the first one I received was significantly scratched. Returning was easy, although I had already recycled the box. Best to check the mirror thoroughly before dumping the box, or before giving as a gift or letting the return time run out. It’s WAY too much money to spend on a scratched mirror!

Beautiful piece! Bought this for my daughter and her …Beautiful piece! Bought this for my daughter and her husband who are expecting their first child shortly. The only improvement would have been if a picture was included in the packaging to suggest the proper position for the “legs”, but that was easily remedied by looking online. Great quality and not unnecessarily heavy.

Great mirror!Baby loves the mirror & I love the quality of craftsmanship & Steffy’s excellent customer service!It’s also sturdy enough for him to pull up to stand & cruise along the edge. He’s also already tested it’s indestructibility by slamming many hard wooden toys against the reflective surface — no issues at all. Great mirror!

Sturdy mirrorThis mirror is made of good quality materials. It has the ability to stand up vertically or horizontally which gives it nice versatility to use when younger or older.Right now, we use it for our infant daughter in the horizontal position- she loves looking in the mirror at herself, her sisters, and everything going on around her. When she outgrows it, we can use it in her bedroom.

Think twice if you are buying for kidsI bought this mirror for my kids room. It came really dusty and some screws were missing. It’s sturdy but definitely needs the fine sanding. Of course it’s distorted as the other plexiglas mirrors but not too bad. I have to use pillows on the side pieces that hold the mirror yet i don’t have the peace of mind when my kid is playing close to this mirror.
