Good but cheapish. It’s a great chair but two of the screws broke so easy. Other than that it’s a good chair for feedings and rocking.

Some annoying assembly but so far so goodSo we just recently got this and set it up, will update review if necessary. First off, it looks great and glides very smoothly for both the chair and ottoman. We had previously purchased a swivel recliner for our first child, and overall it has served us well but decided to purchase this for our second child. It is cheaper than the recliner. I like the cushions but could really use more lumbar support, so I plan on getting a small pillow for that. I like the pockets on either side and my husband assembled this by himself. Our biggest beef was related to assembly. Towards the end of putting everything together, the final screws had not pre-made holes. So stupid. And one of the screws actually broke while he was trying to put it in. Luckily we had a screw that worked in its place but such a headache and added at least an additional 30 to 45mins. Very frustrating. And the “snaps ” for the securement of the arm padding… my husband said it would have been easier to put them on earlier in the assembly steps.. Anyway, we will see how it holds up over time but we definitely enjoyed using it last night with our newborn.

We all loved it. It’s perfect 👍🏻Easy to put together and so comfortable that everyone in the family wanted to be seating on it…This was a gift to my daughter for the babies’ nursery.

You get what you pay forFairly easy to assemble, however the snaps are crap. The screws for them snapped off in the pre drilled holes and had to nail the arm covers to make them stay. The chairs is pretty small. I’m 5’7″ and just barely fit in the chair. I can stand up easily out of it at 7 months pregnant. The padding on the seat is comfortable but thin, I’m not sure how long it’ll last

Nice chair. Garbage customer service.Nice chair, comfortable enough for nursing but not too comfy that you’ll fall asleep in it. Semi-easy to assemble, it took my husband about a half an hour for the whole thing. The ottoman has a piece of wood that is broken on arrival so I sent photos to them hoping to get a replacement or info on exchanging it.I’ve tried contacting customer service about this numerous times and am very disappointed at the lack of response. I was told in a robot email that sending multiple emails would put me at the bottom of the queue?!? I was told to be patient and that someone would get back to me. It’s been almost a month since and no word from their company. To me personally this doesn’t seem to be the way to deal with customer inquiries. My daughter is going to be born any day and I don’t have time to get a replacement so will have to make due with it.So overall if you order this just cross your fingers it is all there and in working order and it’s a great chair for the price.
