VERY firmi decided on this mattress after reading the reviews and based on the price. It has worked for me for when buying a mattress on Amazon before! it arrived and expanded nicely and seemed good! i waited the suggested amount of time before sleeping on it but YEOUCH!! my arms and shoulders and neck were a wreck it is really really hard! i’m waiting on a gel foam topper to see if that makes it tolerable

Stop your searchingI’ll say this just get it. I suffer with back pain and while I can’t give a comment on if it help as it’s only been 2 days I don’t regret purchasing this mattress I slept on it the same night it sprung right up lol or maybe I just too excited. Just get it!!

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT DO NOT BUYOk so I am not the one to really come up here and do reviews but me and my fiancé was looking for mattress to suite both of our needs im more of a firm and she is more in between both firm and soft but I looked at the reviews and thought people was exaggerating but no guys you feel the springs the bed is not comfy at all to the point I have to order a mattress topper and it has to be 4” or better just to make this bed feel like something. When I move everyone wake up even the dogs. I really wish I can send back but the hassle of getting it picked up and in a plastic I just can’t bear but total DISAPPOINTMENT

Reviews are true and accurateI was nervous about purchasing a mattress online ( lol how all these start) this only had like 40-something reviews & was surprisingly cheap for a 12 inch. I personally am a stomach sleeper and enjoy a firm mattress, I even shuck pillows if they feel too soft to me & I’m not in the mood. I ordered the full and it arrived right on time. Luckily I’d read these reviews backwards and forwards so I knew to put it on my frame when I unwrapped it. It popped open immediately, was already at a pretty good height ( I didn’t measure) but for my frame it was tall enough, maybe a little too tall lol. I don’t have a box spring I have a metal slatted frame, It’s really comfortable and gives without you sinking. I am 200+ pounds and feel pretty cradled.I’m happy with my purchase and for the price of $200 it’s honestly pretty nice. Might buy a topper for more of a hotel plush feeling but it’s nice as is.

NOT FIRM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The descriptions says firm. When we unpacked it has sown onto the label that it is Medium. It is not anywhere near firm. I am hoping it will be okay to put in the guest room but it is much more squishy and bouncy than I wanted. The odor is strong and burns my eyes. I hope it will dissipate soon. Packing is a joke, Once you cut open the box there are instructions inside the box on the plastic that is on the mattress describing how the box has to be used to return the mattress. What a hoot, how can a person get the air back out of the mattress and get it compressed back into the original packaging?. So be aware if you purchase it and have problems you are not going to be able to return it. I am thinking that when it comes to mattresses you may be better going to a local retailer than buying a bed in a box. . I could NOT recommend this mattress.
