Wood is not a homogeneous material. Each piece of solid wood has its own distinctive features. Real wood furniture therefore has special signs of origin and is a unique made by hand. With this naturally grown material there are color and structure differences, adhesions, irregularities, pressure points, branches, resin gall, small cracks as well as tensions, which vary depending on the type of wood and growth area, authenticity features that give the wood its natural beauty and every piece of furniture make it unique. Wood reacts to fluctuating room temperatures and humidity. It “lives”. Tensions in the wood as well as warping, shrinking or tearing of the wood can therefore not always be excluded. It is influenced by its environment.

Don’t Hesitate – Just Buy It!“Furniture for Eternity” I’m so happy I purchased this table and the Eukalypto chairs. The table and chairs are solid and well crafted. I would recommend using an allen wrench socket or allen wrench for a drill, as the allen wrench included with the table did not provide enough leverage to screw in the table legs. The chairs arrived fully assembled.I emailed TableChamp to confirm the size I needed to purchase and received a response within a few hours. Once the size was confirmed, I responded letting them know I ordered through Amazon. Less than three hours after my response, TableChamp replied that they could already see my order and told me my shipment would arrive in five boxes (3 boxes, each with 2 chairs, a box for the table top, and a box for the legs).I live in a condo and this set is perfect for small space living. The chairs slide up very close to the table, so as not to take up extra space when not being used. I will definitely purchase the extensions for the table and we will easily be able to seat 10 people for a larger gathering. If you’re looking for a dining set that is timeless and with only get better with age, don’t hesitate, “Just buy it!”

Beautiful !!!We have the 78.7×39.4 table, with extensions goes to 94.5 (photos without extensions) and 8 chairs.AMAZING customer service first of all. Secondly the wood is really great quality and so beautiful. Our table does have a wax finish on top FYI.It’s perfect for us !!!

Beautiful!The table is beautiful! It doesn’t have a lacquer finish or whatever, but it is oiled. I think I will have to get it lacquered though. It is very sturdy, and extremely easy to put together! It took me about 30 minutes by myself. The hardest part was getting it in my front door which someone had to help me with, and disposing of the box it came in. The seller was stellar! I received the wrong color and they bent over backwards trying to accomodate me.
